Burger King — Restaurant in City of Rome

While most would know what to expect from a fast food chain quality wise the issue with this specific restaurant lies in its service and somewhat with the quality of the food i went after work at about 1045 pm on 10/10/20 and ordered items for the ultimate party bundle for my family i read off what items the bundle contained picked my drinks and they gave me a amount and i went to the window to pay i realized that the price was too much for the 20 dollar bundle and something seemed off as it was like 27 bucks and change so i nicely asked why the price was so high for a 20 dollar bundle and that there was no way that tax would be like 40 percent of the price the gentleman with glasses looked confused and said he put the code in and i again calmly stated again something was off he left the window a sec and a young short mulatto woman came to the window(no name tags visible on either of them so i am forced to describe what she looked like best i can) the woman looked visibly annoyed and when she spoke she sounded very venomous and rude she said the code was already put in for the bundle and that it came off i showed her my phone and said the meal was 20 dollars plus tax and that it was noy adding up right she then named everything on the list come find out that there was like 4 extra sprites added to the drink list i only ordered 4 small sodas 2 sprite 2 coke so i said i never ordered those just ordered what came in the bundle she gave me a bunch of attitude and then turned away and told her coworkers to dump the extras and then stormed off.the gentleman with glasses came back and the price was fixed to 23 and change .although very confused the guy was polite and worked with me best he could the angry woman not so much if you dont mind some venom with your order then thats the place for you otherwise shop at the other bk theres plenty of other bks where you dont get some rude worker attending your order plus when you ask for no salt on your fries you actually get new fries with no salt at the other one no soggy old fries with salt that have been...

This has been widely accepted by a few locals as the least favorite to go to based on the two. I've gone to this location a few times now and there are many different things that could be changed to better serve customers. I stated in a review about KFC that their line was short and didn't have much room for people to wait in. The parking lot practically is the line if it gets too long. I recommend a drive thru that separates into two much like McDonald's or how Sonic has personal order screens. It will help take lines down to a minimum and maximize the efficiency of your drive-thru. The other main point is the upkeep. The entire store looks like it needs a remodel. It doesn't have many updated looks about it. It seems like it's stuck in time and doesn't want to change. Customer service definitely could use some work. Every time I have ordered there, thus far, they have gotten at least one thing wrong. A complete overhaul could create a new, attractive place to the eye that can be spotted from the main road. Just left there and overall rude encounter! After asking for the name of the manager on duty the guy working refused to give it to me & said he’ll get her for me & walked away while they both stared out the window then went to the back and never returned. Order messed up. I asked fresh none of my food was fresh my fries looked less than a value fry when I upgraded to large! My chicken wrap is old and cold as ice! My royal crispy is old and looks it! It is hard and dry! Whoppers look like it was just thrown together and again not fresh at all nothing was.
