7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in City of Rome

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at 7 Brew has been extremely disappointing. The management is completely unprofessional, and it’s clear they do not care about customer experience. Service is consistently poor, and there seems to be zero accountability when orders are incorrect. No one cares if you received the wrong drinks or if your order was incomplete.

When I asked to speak with the manager about my experience, I was told she was too busy to talk to me. That level of dismissiveness is unacceptable and only highlights how little this business values its customers.

To make matters worse, an employee actually told me that you have to “take a test” to work there, which is ironic considering the drinks are never consistent and the staff clearly aren’t trained properly. I honestly wish I could leave zero stars. I will never return, and I strongly caution others to think twice...

This stand is the worse amongst the chains in NY. If I could give zero stars, I would. The stand in Rome, NY is an absolute disaster, and it all starts with the manager. She seems more interested in playing favorites than actually running the place. It’s honestly the worst management I’ve ever seen in any business. I had the pleasure of being served by Lindsay. Lindsay was such a sweetheart! She helped me pick out a drink that I would never have thought of. She called it a Juicy Fruit!! It's my new go to drink it's so yummy, perfect for sunny weather! Lindsay knew exactly the perfect drink when I told her I wanted something refreshing and creamy, she knows her 7 brew customers and the products she represents. What a Great Experience!
