Piazza Pizza — Restaurant in City of Rye

Very upset with the customer service I received. I ordered over $75 worth of food and had it delivered to my job in Mamaroneck. We order from them almost weekly. We love their food. I accidentally dropped my salad 2 seconds after the delivery guy dropped off our food. I kindly called requesting they bring me another salad and admitted to my clumsiness and whoever answered the phone was RUDE and told me I'd have to pay for another one. I would have had no problem paying for another delivery fee, but seriously?! We order from Piazza WEEKLY. Very disappointed that they weren't willing to send me a new salad free of charge. It was an accident. This experience makes me not want to order from Piazza again. Poor poor...

I really enjoyed this pizza ! We ordered a large pie and picked it up on the way home from the beach. I wish I took pictures to show but we were too busy enjoying every last bite. We ordered 1/2 tomato bacon and 1/2 BBQ chicken. The tomato bacon is my all time favorite and this did not disappoint. The bacon was crisp and delicious . The BBQ chicken was better than I've ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Not hard dry and boiled like I've had at most places. The crust was nice a flavorful with a nice crisp bite to it. FANTASTIC PIZZA. EVEN BETTER SERVICE. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on Pizza Piazza my whole life, I’ve lived in the area for 20+ years, and now I wish I could have those 20 years back. If only there were more spots like this around that truly cared about the quality of their food, and the experience of their customers. The gentlemen behind the counter made me feel like ive been one of their most loyal customers for years. I will be returning to try more items from their menu very soon!
