Very upset with the customer service I received. I ordered over $75 worth of food and had it delivered to my job in Mamaroneck. We order from them almost weekly. We love their food. I accidentally dropped my salad 2 seconds after the delivery guy dropped off our food. I kindly called requesting they bring me another salad and admitted to my clumsiness and whoever answered the phone was RUDE and told me I'd have to pay for another one. I would have had no problem paying for another delivery fee, but seriously?! We order from Piazza WEEKLY. Very disappointed that they weren't willing to send me a new salad free of charge. It was an accident. This experience makes me not want to order from Piazza again. Poor poor customer service.
