Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

I have come her multiple times because its close to my house. I have gotten the wrong coffee a couple times but it was fixed immediately when I mentioned it by a very nice women. However!! This past Friday I went and ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. I was given a Boston creme and when I told Tony it was wrong he took it back and said he would get my donuts. Then he returned with a Boston creme and one donut that was correct. He came back with my coffee and I said this is not what I ordered. He asked again, so I pulled down my mask and repeated my donuts. He grabbed the bag and came back. I opened it up and it was the same Boston creme and chocolate glazed donut. I waited for him to turn around and he came back to the window. I had the bag hanging out of my car window. He said "what now!" I was in shocked. I said this still isn't right. He grabbed the bag and when he came back I looked inside it was the same donuts he gave me 3 times. So I went inside. I told the lady I ordered these such donuts and was given the wrong ones four times. She said he is the one that got them. Tony turned around and gave me a nasty look. So I said and he is rude. He then yelled at me that he wasn't. So I said how is asking someone "what now?" isn't being rude. U messed u my order and all I want is two simple donuts. I don't think that is awful to ask for the right ones. So the lady yells to me from the donut counter and asked what I ordered. I repeated it for the fifth time and even said please. She throws the donuts at me and the bad of the others and said just take them all. I got so apology for the mistake nothing. I called corporate and I'm waiting for the manager to call me back. I better get an apology because I disnt get rude until she threw my donuts at me and he told me he wasn't...

I have gone to this Dunkin donuts every single day for nearly 3 years. Have they occasionally mixed up my coffee or food? Sure. People make mistakes. Has the line been a long wait? Yeah sometimes, during COVID EVERYWHERE has had staffing issues. But you know why I always go to this location? They ALWAYS fox my order, they ALWAYS apologize for my wait, and they are always happy to see me! There's been a few bad staff here and there, what store doesn't have that issue. But over all there team has always been kind, helpful, and doing there best. Getting up early as hell to come in so when I get up early as hell and drag myself through their drive through, barely even a person yet, they can get me some coffee and a bite to eat and wish me well for the rest of my day. I'm fully convinced that anyone who would give this location less than 4 stars is just a Karen who would complain about the sky not being blue enough. Love this Dunkin team!!! Food is always hot, coffee is always fresh, and staff always greet you...

My wife and I stopped for a breakfast sandwich and coffee on April 26. We were greeted by a well groomed young woman who couldn't have been more indifferent to our existence. She had no smile or affect at all. She completed our order, in zombie fashion. We paid and went to the end on the counter to pick up our sandwiches. Our order number was blurted out by a woman who threw the sandwich on the counter and disappeared back to the drive through window. We drank our coffee and when I returned to the counter to order a sandwich for the road, no one acknowledged my presence due to the cop who had come in to stand and chat. I sat back down and went back later. Again, I ordered the sandwich from counter zombie, went to the counter for pick up and had it lobbed to me from around the corner. We will not be returning to this little shop of rudeness and...
