Stewart's Shops — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

I went in for chili for lunch, there was none. Settled on meatballs they were better than expected. Wondering why there is cold air blowing down from the ceiling directly over a hot meal? Went to use the bathroom, it was disgusting. Urine all over the floor and let's not even talk about the toilet. The blonde at the register, was very short and rude. Even after asking for a receipt she still couldn't be polite.
