Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

This restaurant is a quaint joint that could be easily missed if you aren't looking for it. It's a small restaurant, but it has a home kitchen kind of feel to it. There is limited seating, with space for a few medium sized parties of 4-5, as well as some smaller 2 person groups. The menu has a solid selection of choices that are all VERY reasonably priced (even too cheap some might say). The service was a little slow, but the restaurant seems to be run by a family, and they are very apologetic. Of course, this wasn't a problem because you just knew the food was going to be freshly cooked. And fresh it was! The waitress was very kind, welcoming us and serving us with a smile. Our order came with a small salad and a vegetable soup which were both very tasty. We started out with some chicken wings which came out nice and crispy. The sauce on the side was a Burmese bbq which had a light kick and was very flavorful. We then had a dragon sushi roll which tasted very fresh. Finally, our main course, which for me was the drunken noodles with pork belly. This dish was packed with vegetables and piled high with delicious pork belly. It was very well seasoned and was cooked perfectly. The waitress wrapped up our meal with complimentary fried banana, or at least we think it was. It very well could have come with the meal, which for the price, still makes it seem complimentary. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Placed a mobile order on 05-23-2024. Main issue was the wait time a lack or communication. Order was delayed about 20mins from pickup time, not a huge deal. Issue was my order included onions rings, and when I went to my car to check the order, no onion rings. Went back inside and was advised they were out. My issue with this is they did not advise me of then when walking out, they knew they were out but did not communicate this to me and let me leave the store without letting me know. They offered take my name but I was ok with just subbing some potato wedges. I waited an additional 30mins for these but never received them. Was told that everything should be done in 10 to 20mins but they would not check to see if my substitute wesges were ready. I just decided to leave and get fries from Wendy's. Also ordered a BBQ bacon burger and only got a plain burger that was really salty for some reason. Wings were fine, like normal. Just really poor...

Buffalo Wild Wings? More like Buffalo DRY AND HARD WINGS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

first time I bought from here I order lemon pepper and they gave me plain wing with dry hard cold fries. Figured it was a mistake so today I decided to give a try so I order some chipotle wings and lemon pepper boneless with fries. The chipotle wings was DRY & HARD felt like I was biting into a week’s old wings and they just dumped a bunch of chipotle dry seasoning in the box didn’t bother to mix it up or anything. The lemon pepper boneless was for my son he’s 6 it was so hard he couldn’t even chew it. Sad to said I just dumped the entire order of food in the trash it was not enjoyable at all.
