I went to the drive through this morning and ordered a ham and cheese croissant stuffer and an iced tea. As I was driving away I realized they had given me an egg and bacon on a croissant. Although it looked good, it was not what I ordered. I was late for work but decided to go back through the line and get what I ordered. First they told me to keep the sandwich because they couldn't take it back but would get me my croissant stuffer, then they said they wanted it back and to pull forward and they would bring out my order. I pulled ahead and as I was sitting there realized that what I paid for and what I ordered were not the same price and that I was paying at least $1.00 more for my order (I had declined the receipt so wasn't sure of the price) and should get a refund. When the young lady brought me my food I brought up the price difference to her and she said "oh no, they're about the same price." which is ridiculous. I pointed out that they should have brought up the refund as it was their mistake and why am I giving them an extra $1.00??? I know it sounds stupid but it is the principle. She said, in a very not nice tone, well you can come in and get the refund, I'm just doing what my manager told me to do. As I was late, I let it go but was so annoyed. AND my ham and cheese croissant was stone cold. Will not go...
Read moreStaff were very rude. Complaining to each other how they weren't going to come back tomorrow to work, and how they were going to walk out. Making fun of the developmentally disabled employee. Belittling her saying that she wasn't making the coffees fast enough. Were so mean to this employee that the employee walked out of the building to a picnic table crying. I spoke to the "shift leader" about this matter because I was so disgusted with how the staff were treating this woman. I said that those staff members shouldn't be still allowed to work there after the way that they treated the disabled woman. The shift leaders only response was that she made the 2 girls apologize to the girl that they were mean to. I will NEVER return to this location, nor will I EVER purchase another item from Dunkin Donuts. The treatment that this girl received...
Read moreThe worst Dunkin in Schenectady, possibly NY State. Severely undertrained staff almost to the point of cluelessness. I ordered 3 drinks and waited about 20 minutes, watching the staff of 5 or more scrambling around looking confused, like they were waiting for instruction from someone.
The girl eventually brought my drinks to the window, they were all black with no creamer. I clearly stated 4 cream, 5 sugar with cold foam and she even confirmed at the menu board. I asked why are they black and she stood there looking dumbfounded. I then said its ok I will go elsewhere to get my drinks.
How can a staff of 5-7 people not know how to take a simple order? I ended up going to the Dunkin on freemans bridge, where there is only one lady working, and she had my coffees ready in 3 minutes to my exact...
