I am writing u about a problem in your state street store about 8 pm today your employees where very disrespectful and rude I was ordering my food mean while the person that came in behind me and stands waiting to be helped while my sandwich and wrap are being made he looks at the guy making my food and said are they working (the 3 employees in the back ) who are doing nothing literally but talking about back and forth the guy next to me (my brother ) said I been standing here waiting on u and the female get a nasty attitude and he said no he w doesn’t want to order after watching them ignore him they have words he leaves out no I have not said a word the guy making my food says is he with u I say that has nothing to do with me then he says well I’m not serving u with attitude I’m like what he then say get out I’m calling the cops so I go outside and wait for them I have going to your establishment since 1989 and I have NEVER EVER BEEN EMBARRASSED OF DISRESPECTED LIKE THAT AND THEY LITERALLY POINTED AT ME TO EVERY CUSTOMER AND WRITING DOWN MY PLATE NUMBER LIKE IM A THUG VERY DISAPPOINTED I DONT know who needs to handle this situation if u watch the cameras 🎥 u will see that they need to be replaced I have never been so embarrassed in...

My first experience was great, I ordered in and got the Ham Jam sandwich which has a thick layer of really good ham, melted cheddar, bacon jam and maple mayonnaise. I had mine on toasted wheat instead of the suggested club roll. The sandwich maker, a pleasant friendly girl suggested that onions kick it up a notch, so I went along with that and I concur. The sandwich was delicious,,, the best I've had in years. It was a perfect balance of sweet and salt and smoke and mouthfeel. it was a tactile experience. A dill pickle spear came with it and I also ordered some roasted red pepper smoked gouda bisque. It was a fine move and took this thing into the stratosphere above flavor-town. The space was inviting and clean, and there was plenty of comfortable room to move about. The menu options were good, the quality high, and the staff was genuinely nice and efficient. Today we bought two subs, turkey and cheese, meatball sub, Mac and cheese, cheese and broccoli soup. I asked them to toast the bread and melt the cheese on the meatball sub. The bread was soggy and sauce was unloved very sour flour. I guess they have better vold cut sandwiches than hot. The Mac and cheese was very unique and not in a good way. I didn't even finish my food and I live to eat? I Know I am only one person but try it out yourself. I will try their soup next time.
