Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

Drive through only. Two Windows and have only ever seen both open ONCE. The drive through line of cars gets so backed up that cars at the end are waiting out on the main road (almond street). And this is not just based on one anecdotal experience. It’s every time I have decided to get food and coffee from this Dunkin, at all times of my the day, any day of the week.

I do use the app to pay for and place my orders before leaving to pick them up so the employees don’t have to ask questions when they’re so clearly overworked and understaffed as it is..

My advice to whoever is the owner of this franchise store - have a tiny little lobby or area directly inside so people can place orders in the shop should they so choose.

Don’t make it a dine in location but let us have either option. At least in the US we have had this system for as long as we can remember for ordering food. Un store ir drive thru (or some places to gen bring your food out to you wifi can work rework wokorder our food in person where we can see what we are getting OR tables or chairs. Wish more people did that. They’d be saving everyone including themselves time, money, and more accurate better prepared meals since the employees wouldn’t be so....

I ordered two orders of mini bagel and a small coffee . They charge me 13.25. When I came to the counter to pay, the young man said they don’t have the item I ordered. So I asked for wake-up wraps. He gave them to me, then I realized two wake up wrap can not be 10 dollars. So I drove to the next window told the person that may be over charged. Of course I was not happy about it- I told why did not they know there is a price different, my voice was raised. She got mad and asked me to return the food. I said, I did want returned the food . I just want the money if they owe me. She became so nasty, close the window and left. I waited and beeped , somebody else came, showed me a police car that parked nearby, I went to the police. He did not want to come out of the car, finally he did . He just said he can’t help me because it’s not police matter !! I was stunned ! They did not give a receipt for my order even ! I never have had this kind of...

I am very disturbed by this Dunkin Donuts! I ordered a blue coolatta with no whipped cream. When I came to the window they gave me a blue coolatta with whipped cream, I told the lady I order it with no whipped cream a she took it back an gave it to someone. I don’t know who fix the drink but all they did was wipe the whipped cream from the top then gave me my drink back. How I know this because some whipped cream already melted so it seep down inside the drink. So you can see the white at the top. This could have been a possible lawsuit if I was allergic to whipped cream. Like I know it’s early and busy, but if I send a drink back that you got incorrect you should’ve made a whole new drink! I will be calling to speak with the manager because this is not the first time they have done this to me at this location. Last time I didn’t take a picture, so I did not want to write a complaint...
