I purchased a crepe with strawberries and whipped cream. The menu said 1 free topping excluding fruit. I was charged for the whipped cream that should have been free. I told the worker about it and she said the menu changes a lot and she has no control over it. She got very rude about it. I asked to speak with the person in charge of the pricing then and she said "he's not here". I then asked for a phone number to contact him but instead she called from her phone and put it on speaker. After a minute she pulled the phone closer to her where I could not hear what he was saying, but she refused to tell him what the actual issue was and just kept verifying that toppings are $1 each. I then asked for the name and phone number. She said his name was Jose but the number she gave me was for a Laura. I asked her about that and she just said "I don't know" and ignored me. A friend of hers was there telling her not to let me ruin her day. I'm the one that was overcharged and she refused to do anything about it. I know that at some restaurants the cashier will overcharg the customer and pocket the money and it doesn't show in the register. The fact that she refused to appropriately handle the situation makes me think this is what she is doing. This was my first time going here and it will be my last. If I had shorted them $1 when I paid, then they would not have given me my food. They should not be allowed to overcharge the customer, with the customer not be allowed to say...

I feel it would’ve taken half an hour to get our food anyway, even if the machine was working. We then asked for a manager so we could get our money back and the employee simply said “I don’t know where he is.” We had to prompt her multiple times to get ahold of the manager in order to find him. Went to pick it up got a slushie instead showed the boss my receipt that showed a crepe and the price he said that was in correct and I had to pay more for the crepe even after I showed my receipt and the website. Very unprofessional. The picture shows that I saw in the popular item section not slushie section. This is called false advertisement.
