Phenomenal Customer Service!

We stopped in on impulse, getting the urge to eat some donuts as we drove past the shop. It was 5:55 pm and we didn't know it closed at 6:00 pm that day. I noticed the hours posted on the door and decided to see if they were still open. As we walked to the counter, I asked if we could still get something, and the woman said yes, so I ordered a half-dozen assorted donuts. I asked if they had any Boston cream donuts, and she said they were sold out but that she could make me one if we were willing to wait! We didn't want to delay their end of day or make them stay later than necessary, so I declined on the fresh Boston cream.

We go here often. Daily ,in the cooler weather. They're sincerely the nicest folks working here. It's clean and has a cute little patio area. I have seen an additional area where it looks to be for a more private function use.but I'm not sure how many it accommodates. Your egg& cheese sandwich might be a pinch higher priced than Tim's, but it's definitely bigger and way better.. and FRESH! Plus, never once have they gotten my order wrong or served me coffee flavored water or an eggshell sandwich ( and I appreciate that!) This place should not be missed if you’re in the city. The donuts are exceptional as are the bagels and breakfast sandwiches. There is an incredible variety of donuts and something for everyone. Plain coconut and toasted coconut. Amazing! I can’t speak about any of the beverages, but the food is miles apart from the chains you’ll find down the street. Four stars, really should be 4 1/2, because I wish they had a little more variety with the bagels as well as some flavored cream cheeses. Horseradish bacon is a favorite on pumpernickel bagels. If they had local dairy chocolate milk, I’d probably always get one of those as well. Lol Check this place out you’ll not be disappointed....
