I couldn't believe that your managers left thier deliver driver stranded with a flat tire. Let alone threaten to call the police on him because he had no way of getting back to the restaurant to turn in his money and credit card slips. If I was that manager I would have asked him where he was and told him I would have been there as soon as possible to see the situation for myself instead of escalating immediately to threatening to call the police. It's disgusting to see that the pizzas to be delivered are more important thab your employees well being. I helped him get his car to the gas station. I used my personal AAA service to get his tire off of his car from being stuck on due to the tire being rust welded to the back plate. You certainly lost my business for how you abandoned your employees and how you allow your managers to go home for the night when they knew thier driver was out on the street with a flat tire and the only thing that went through thier mind was we have to get that pizza delivered. And for your GM of the restaurant to complain about how he would have to leave his home in the night in order to help his employee be safe at one in the morning. You run the restaurant. YOU are responsible for YOUR employees well being while they are on the clock! You really dropped the ball and I certainly will be telling EVERY PERSON I KNOW ABOUT this on how a random stranger had to help YOUR employee while he was on the clock get his car fixed. And from what the GM said, you are right you are not AAA roadside assistance but when you have people that drive thier own cars to deliver your pizza to keep your place running you should have some respect for them when something happens while they are delivering. You shouldn't just send someone to grab the pizza and just leave them thier on the side of the road....
Read moreOrdered 5 wings a slice and a drink (dine in), they said the wings would take 18min which is expected, I asked do they normally come out crispy the guy said yes. It took at least 15-18min to get my wings which were not crispy.
I took 2 bites of the wings, threw the rest out bc I didn't have time to ask for a refund or anything, had to get back to work, didn't really want to make a scene.
This is buffalo, the wings should not suck here(I'm from buffalo), they said they would be crispy and they were not, I guess I should have stated make them crispy. Although 18min should be plenty long for them to get crispy, so sounds like they didn't have the fryer HOT enough or maybe they just have sucky wings.
Pizza was good though. I hope they read this so they know. No way did they pull the wings early, I waited pretty long, people got their food before me some of which were chicken fingers, not sure how that is though.
Best wings in buffalo are at 911 tavern...
Read moreI'm new to the area and we love pizza. So far francos is the best compared to submaster/tc wheeler/colosso taco. Where they fault which is the reason for the 4 star. The pizza NEEDS to be cooked longer. Crust needs to be firm not soft. The pizza should not flop down when held out. Second they are stingy with toppings. Ordered the buffalo chicken and there was only a few pieces (like 2) perslice. The price you pay and skimping on toppings just shows this place is corporation and don't care about the customers. The search will continue to find a better pizza place. Edit dropped a star because I tried twice to select extra bake. First time I did extra bake it made the pizza normal which was great but the second time I did extra bake it was just as soft as not having extra bake and it was clear to tell with not even a golden brown under crust that it wasn't baked properly. Too much inconsistency. The extra 5 min drive to macys place pizza is...
