O'Donnell's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in City of Utica

I was a customer of O'Donnell's until this MORNING. I had a meeting at 10am with friends on Varick St and plan to do the meeting in O'Donnell. The street wasnt busy so i parked in their front lot and waited. My friends chose to go across the street to a different establishment. When we finished my truck was block-in by a fellow patron who parked on the street. So i when into O'Donnell's and asked if the owner of the car could please move. A man who i presume was the owner of O'Donnell's aggressively approach me and started asking me questions as to why i was parked there. Before i could explain he was berating in front of the other customers and staff. Keep in mind this is over parking in an empty lot of a place i intended to go at 10am in morning. The guy was rude, aggressive, and probably drunk. I will NEVER spend another penny in O'DONNELL's . An inconsiderate owner lost this customers FOR LIFE. With so many great establishments on Varick i will go elsewhere. I dont recommend this...

Terrible place!!! I went there and I'm not sure if it was because I'm black, that I was the only woman there for quite some time, or it if the waitress felt intimidated by me because I'm young and pretty, but the waitress decided to charge me for 10 drinks instead of 6! And then she took it upon herself to add a almost $20 tip making my bill almost $100!! When I called to ask to speak to the owner, I gave my name and number to the same waitress that served me and he never called me back... Like NEVER!! So I have no reason but to believe he must know she does this and is ok with it... Hey, he hired her! This place is racist and sexist and do yourself a favor... NEVER GO HERE. You'll save so much more money going to Lukin's which is only...

Once we got inside there was only two bartenders. The place was severely overcrowded. We waited 15 minutes for our first drink. The waitress / bartender was very rude. When we went outside to have our drinks. A bouncer came outside and was yelling at everyone at 11 p.m. to hurry up and finish their drinks, when the bar doesn't close until 12 midnight. I definitely would not...
