Silk Utica — Restaurant in City of Utica

My co-workers and I were in Utica for a work trip and decided to stop by Silk on our way back to our hotel after dinner and it truly was the highlight of the trip!

For dessert we ordered the Strawberry Fantasy -- it immediately brought me back to my childhood with the flavors (think Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars) -- and the Element of Surprise -- it was an entire experience from the sauce that was poured over the chocolate dome table side to the peanut butter mouse that was incredibly indulgent.

For cocktails we ordered the Espresso Martini flight -- perfect for anyone who loves a good espresso martini with a twist, the Fervor in the Field -- the glassware was the cutest bee I have ever seen, and the Carrie Bradshaw in a Pleated Skirt.

Oh and when you stop by, be sure to snap a photo at the life-size neon martini glass -- what a perfect photo op to remember the experience :)
