No clarification was made regarding whether I wanted it iced or hot. After paying and leaving a tip, I was approached by an employee who handed me an iced pistachio latte. I politely explained that I had wanted a hot one. Her response was not only dismissive, but she also stated, "You said iced!" as she walked away to prepare the correct drink. I understand that miscommunication can happen, but I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and the tone of her response. Firstly, she was not the employee who took my original order and, as such, had no way of knowing what was said.
