Cam's Pizzeria — Restaurant in City of Watertown

I’m done with cams, I’m leaving this review based on their service. I am going to say I do like these guys pizza a lot. It is my kids favorite pizza .I think they are a bit over priced but for good pizza I don’t mind paying it. I’m not upset with their food. I probably spend 80-100 dollars every time I order from these guys. They have been our favorite place to order for a couple years now. But if you wont deliver 4 miles from your shop for a 100 dollar order, you’re worthless as a delivery service. I’d say I’m 9 maybe 10 minutes from their shop but for some reason they won’t deliver to me because of the road I live on. They ignored the fact that I live on the end of the road that is closest to them. I’m 3 minutes out of Watertown they just said they don’t deliver to my road, but by the sounds they deliver 10 seconds up the road from me to paddy hill area. If i owned a pizza shop and offered delivery I would at least make some kind of effort to accommodate the people who are paying for my product. I understand having a limit to how far you deliver but if your limit is less than a 4 mile radius, that’s sad. And when I try to explain to them I’m only 9 minutes away and they just say sorry we don’t deliver to your road. Makes me feel like they don’t even value me...

My first real NY style pizza was at Cam's Geneva, living in Oswego for more than 30 years I was a regular at the Oswego location. I was very familiar with Tony and we became friends. I have nothing but the best to say about all Cam's in the region until I tried a slice in Watertown. Everything was done correctly except it was under cooked by a minute, which makes ALL the difference in the world!!! I was taught this by the master! Anyway, easy fix, ask for it to go back in the oven for a turn. Unfortunately this caused drama from the older woman working. She was quite rude in response to my simple request. I attempted to make light of the moment and was met with more negativity. After the turn in the oven, the pizza was perfect! Unfortunately, in regards to the service, I was very surprised!. I tried really hard to like cam’s pizzeria. Not only to their delivery drivers leave the pizza in the snow and not wait for you to answer the door, they have a website that glitches out and gives you the wrong size pizza, but still makes you pay for 20 inch. I’m not sure what’s going on but it was appalling what garbage mess that they sent me in the wrong size. Not pay the same price for 16 inch and tip that I would for 20 inch and it’s just ridiculous. I understand other people might like this kind of pizza that’s undercooked and not even cut correctly but not this guy. The first time they gave me the 20 inch pizza.
