McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Watertown

I went to the McDonald's on State St in Watertown, NY. I went to get catsup for my French Fries. I noticed and incredible amount of fruit flies hanging out and just resting on the dirty catsup dispenser, as well as coming up from the beverage drain. I took some pictures to show the manager. I went up to the counter and discretely pulled the manager aside. He said theres nothing they can do about it. I asked did you try cleaning the area? Or maybe just go straight to packet catsup and sodas from drive through area? Or is there some sort of McDonald's Corporate Pest Control he could contsct?He said it was above him. I told him I'll take care of it for him. I told him I'll send the pics I have and contact the Watertown Health Department. He then asked me to leave, so I tossed out my uneaten food. Went outside and called the Health Department Hotline, because local is open during business day, they asked me to email the pictures. And they assured me someone will be at that store Monday and they were reaching out to the...

Comment: I drive to McDonalds at 4 am wait at the drive through for five minutes mind you I'm the only car for both lanes. Employee repeats my order back incorrectly (2 sausage egg mcmuffins, and a hash brown) im ready to use a coupon on mobile app he tells me to go to second window. Get to second window and im told if I want to use the coupon I needed to use it at the first window. Gentleman who takes my order "evan" comes to the window and says for the first time "its cash only we cant take coupons" would have been nice to know, so reluctantly I pay full price female employee hands me my food says "have a great morning" in which I ask "can I get my receipt?" In which she replies "we dont do receipts at this time!" Are you kidding me, I've been eating your breakfast for as long as I can remember but after this mornings blunders I'm going to switch to Burger King or taco bell for my morning meal, my absolute worst experience at McDonald's...

We don't usually frequent this McDonald's and today I remembered why. We ordered 3 kids meals, 2 spicy McChickens, 2 Cheeseburgers, and a Double Quarter Pounder meal. The kids meals and McChickens were fine. Everything else was awful. The Double Quarter pounder was so dry, half of one patty was ripped apart and put back in the sandwich, and just general presentation was bad. I get it was lunch hour, and they rushed, but thats 0 excuse for dry burger patties. The cheeseburgers were also dry and practically falling out of the wrappers in the bag. They also forgot to give us the fries with the meal, so I trudged back inside just to be ignored by all the staff until an employee (who was outside handing out orders) came in and asked me if I needed anything. Their behavior and professionalism made this a 3 star review instead...
