Tony's Pizzeria — Restaurant in City of Watertown

Walked in today, no one else in the building, took the two rude young girls 15 mins to notice we were there because gossiping was more important. THEN 30 mins later she finally was over to tell us she burnt our slices of pizza to charcoal. Tells us we can have like four hour old pizza instead. Discusting. We asked for a refund instead to go elsewhere to get food because we have already wasted an hour waiting for NOTHING. The young woman asked another girl to help who gave us the wrong change, because guess what? She over charged us by almost $5. So the manager or cook, whoever it was, came up to fix it because the girl trying to refund us literally WALKED away and said "get someone else to do it". He continues to argue with my boyfriend how much he was charged to my boyfriend showed him proof and finally refunded is. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Huge waste of money and our time, NEVER...

Ordered online for double order wings and had price of $21.99 plus tax for pickup. No extras chosen for celery or bleu cheese. When I arrived for the pickup, I was told different price of $23.99 plus tax. I had email showing the total and questioned why it was different at pickup compared to email confirmation. Response I got was the online system is different than their cashier system and he didn’t know why the price was not changed online. I was not offered to get the price fixed at any point.

I explained the online pricing needs to be changed and this should not be put on the customer or other customers ordering online due to two systems not being synced correctly. When I got into my car, the two receipts they gave to me had the different pricing. The food here is always great, but the price difference with my confirmation email compared to paying at pickup...

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed at any establishment, especially one that serves food and depends on returning customers. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, unfriendly, no empathy whatsoever. The food is great 4-5 times you order (which is a pretty decent track record) but when it's bad, IT'S BAD! Like re-cooked chicken wings my dog wouldn't eat and slimy pizza we threw away. Then they had the audacity to tell me the wings were char-grilled and supposed to be dry, lol.
