Michael's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in City of White Plains

Food is really hit and miss. I've had decent food but every once in a while something really gross. One time it was two marinara sauces to dip mozarella sticks into in one order. One sauce cup was fine, the other tasted like it had gas or alcohol or some really really fermented tomatoes.. something was horrible!!!! Why one was fine but the other was horrible is beyond me but it almost made me sick when I bit into my marinara covered mozarella stick and almost gagged!

A few other times I've had desserts that were musky smelling and tasting.. or old and dried out.

I ordered the chicken parm dinner that included a side of spaghetti (ziti was an option also), a side salad and garlic bread. I also received a piece of Italian bread. The portions were huge! The chicken was cooked perfectly and not overbreaded or overcooked. It was juicy and tender. Maybe a little too much cheese on top, but it was so good. The spaghetti was good on the side. The garlic bread had nice flavor. The side salad had more toppings than most side salads so I really enjoyed that as well. It's a small place, mostly for takeout, but the food was awesome! Dear Michael, I ordered food from you last night. I waited about 10 min after the expected delivery time but it never showed up so on my delivery app I placed never received and was refunded my money. HOWEVER, another 10 min later, the food finally arrived. I called the delivery app twice to let them know I did receive my food but they told me it was too late to change anything! I’m sorry! The food was delicious! And the gentlemen who delivered so fashionably late, was also very nice and polite. I will try to drop by to order food and give tip to the delivery guy. I apologize again !
