Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Terrible !!!! BUNCH OF LYING THIEVES !!! I ordered large hot coffee and added toasted coconut flavoring, it tasted like regular coffee......even after they supposedly added more flavoring not once but twice afterwards to fix it , ....and it still tasted like regular coffee. They take your cup and you can't see behind the counter wall , and pretend to add flavoring. I left very annoyed because it still tasted like regular coffee even after they tried fixing twice....Yes I did tell them , that it didn't make a difference what they did ( DIDN'T DO ) and left the Eastchester Dunkin Donuts with horrible coffee. I had to add 2 sugars to give a little sweetness ( the flavor syrup is usually sweet,(even if it was unsweetened flavoring I wouldnt need sugars ) if it had flavor to it cause it didn't have the flavoring in it that I PAID FOR ) but was NEVER PUT IN MY COFFEE ...AND THEY SUPPOSEDLY ADDED IT 3 TIMES !!!!! 1st time - when made 2nd - my first complaint and 3rd was my second trip back to counter to fix.. 4th complaint DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME ADDING MORE....JUST TOLD THE 2 MEN WORKING IT STILL TASTED LIKE REGULAR COFFEE AND I WOULDN'T BE BACK !!!! THIS IS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO THE D.D. ON BRONXRIVER RD IN YONKERS CLOSE TO FLEETWOOD , MANY YEARS AGO !!!

I used to go to the DD in 2248 Central Park Ave, but moved because the donuts tasted horrible and the customer service was bad. This DD has decent donuts however, occasionally I do see flies swarming around and not in the summer, smh. I go here every Saturday and I always order the same thing, the cappuccino is sometimes not done right although I tell them exactly what I want in it. But that is not why I am writing a review, I am here to express the bad customer service by this one particular miserable older woman who works there. She does not greet, she says what do you want? grabs the donuts like she doesn't give a f*.
