Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Today my husband and I went with our kids to get a treat, Anthony and his coworker were very nasty and disrespectful, my husband and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a steak egg and cheese and the sandwiches were not cut properly and they were cold. My iced caramel latte was disgusting my husband's heart coffee was bitter. When I ask Anthony to make me a new coffee he gave me an attitude. Then my kids decided they wanted coladas and my husband ordered a strawberry colada and a vanilla Bean colada and they only charge my husband for one colada. They need to be fired, If they are going to be this disrespectful and nasty they should not be working for a company like this. I am never going back to the Dunkin' Donuts ever again. It's sad because i used to work for Dunkin' Donuts and I was never disrespectful and nasty to a customer. They need to seriously check the people they hire, because it's horrible. Worst...

Stop coming here because of a young lady by the name of Briana she has the most terrible attitude shouldnt be working in customer service she always gave me a hard time on how I order my coffee since I was regular customer she was always jealous on how other staff worker were generous and polite with me she cause a big dispute at the store which included niomi her coworker they would both disrespectful towards me at the end of the service I was very upset that I called the store and spoke to niomi over the phone to explain to her that Brianna was a on going problem at the store everytime I when to buy coffee niomi hung up the phone at me which was so rude and disrespectful these 2 young ladies shouldn’t be working in customer service people like them is why the store is low on stars and...

I praise this location for being open until 8 or 9 pm. I work locally and its very convenient to be able to grab coffee and a croissant here. The wait times are reasonable and the lines are typically short; I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking and the lot has 2 exits. The staff is friendly and they keep everything relatively clean and tidy. My major grievance is that they have limited selection as far as pastries go; they only have 2 or 3 different variety of munchkins, and limited quantities of everything else that's not a...
