Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

This Dunkin' Donuts has been the safe house of my retail career so far. If you're taking any of the buses in the area, whether it be the 78, 8, 20, or 21, you have definitely stopped inside of this building at least a few times. I have been sheltered from the cold here. I've bought so many delicious coffees, lattes, and Dunkin Energy Punches from here. As a general rule of thumb I don't buy Donuts past a certain time from any Dunkin, but the drinks are great. The staff is really friendly. They're a presumably high traffic area so they try and be as courteous as possible to promote customer loyalty and it's worked for me. DONT DO IT!! Everyone that has left a bad review of this place have got it spot on, It’s a dirty place, The people that work there are rude and act like your inconvenient when you come in, they are slow, and inconsiderate, not to mention one person works and the other one can only take Money and yell the orders without lifting a finger, ordered a large drink after I paid the man yelled twice medium, medium ( are you really trying to make and extra 50cents??) Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Completely understaffed. There was 1 girl working the store. I stood on line for 15 minutes to get a coffee. Luckily this wasn't in the morning on my way to work or I would have left. Unacceptable to have 1 person working the counter AND making the orders. I just moved to the area and will be finding a different Dunkin' even though this is the closest to my house. UPDATE I have changed my reading to one star. I went again this morning at 7 a.m. there were 4 people online and three people behind the counter and it took about 7 minutes to get my coffee.
