I usually never write a review. But dam, this place is sloppy. I just went from the drive thru and for one the guy taking my order didn’t care enough to listen to my order to actually take the correct drink. I ordered a Cold brew with oatmilk and 2 pumps French vanilla swirl. When I get to the window the guy at the window was nice. But when I asked to make sure it was oatmilk because I don’t think the gentleman who took my order cared at all. He checked and I watched them say no. It was also obvious that there was already milk in the drink so what does he do. Dump some out and pours oatmilk and more cold brew to fill it up. Keep in mind I don’t know what the milk was that was previously in there. The girl whose making drinks it messing around and splashes a drink around and it gets all over the kid who was helping me. I drove away. I’m lactose. I don’t like making a scene. I don’t like going back and forth. I work in hospitality myself and I know how that feels so I drove away with my incorrect drink that didn’t even have the vanilla in it so I don’t know what I got. All I know is I took one sip and felt wrong immediately so my $5.11 just went into the garbage.
I write this so you guys can be more mindful. People spend there money here and they’re simply asking to get what their paying for. If you don’t like the job enough to do it right. We’ll strive for something...

Claimed to not be able to go through their order screen to see past orders (my order #933 Sofia) While waiting even longer for my order, I witnessed them mess up a bunch of other orders. Besides the language barrier, they might have been overwhelmed with drive-thru orders/ mobile order and in person orders. The only two employees on top of their game was the black girl with the hijab and the hispanic guy in the kitchen.

Read moreWent to the drive thru. It was close to 5pm. When I pulled up they did not greet with a "How can I help you". It seemed as if they were playing and said something inaudible. I pulled up the the window they were having a conversation with the staff in the store about shift changes and what time someone was leaving. I was not greeted. Someone told the young lady at the window that I was waiting. She handed me my order, but you could tell they were in there playing/goofing off. First time at this location, I doubt I will go back. They all appeared young, so not sure if that is the reason why they were lacking on the customer service, but they did get my order right.
