Food lab was great to order from a few months ago since living on the waterfront.. but ever since the hiring of these young guys who work early evening into the night things went downhill… the 3 young guys who work the cashier and delivery over the phone is very very unprofessional… they take orders down wrong, they constantly joking and playing over customers food.. the food even sucks now.. this was never the case with the young females working throughout the morning and evening .. I’ve never had to complain about a order or delivery… ever since the hiring of the young guys nothing ever gets cooked or delivered the way I ordered…. I really hope things change for the better but until then The only support this business will get from me is during the morning when them kids not...

Called ahead for a breakfast order and picked up in 10m. Hot, fresh, and economical! Walked through their aisles and they have a decent selection of snacks and groceries. Would come here again.

I can see why there are so many bad reviews. The young man who took my order seemed to have a language barrier. I had looked at the menu on seamless and ordered what I thought was a menu item but he seemed confused so I listed everything instead. I also witnessed this at the store when a customer was giving him basic directions of what to grab from the shelf and he was not...
