Much to my chagrin I will not be ordering from Kimball Pizzeria. The food was quite good when they took over from Scotti's I regularly ordered from Scotti's and was happy that the quality remained the same. In fact, I enjoyed the food and service so much that I asked them to cater a luncheon for my church. The owner gave me a good price and the food was excellent. Several months ago I ordered an eggplant wrap. I did not like the flavor of the pimentos they used. No big deal, I don't have to like everything. Yesterday, I ordered a penne arrabiata with broccoli rabe and extra garlic. It tasted like it was prepared with jarred hot peppers, which made the dish just about inedible. It lacked the traditional tomato sauce, and extra garlic. There were a few artichokes that I assume also came from a jar. I immediately called and spoke with the owner who I dealt with before. He told me that's the way they make it and next time I should specify I want tomato sauce added. Hmm...not exactly the response I expected after being a loyal customer. To avoid wasting my money I added my own tomato sauce, white beans, and olives. Traditionally arrabiata has capers in it but I did not have any. I removed all the peppers from the penne, but the flavor still overpowered everything. I understand recipes vary from place to place, but it would have been helpful if there was a description on the menu. What bothered me most was the owner's attitude. He did not apologize, he told me that's the way they make it, and did not offer to send me something else. I have been a loyal customer since they took over. Granted I did not order for six months because I was keeping my expenses down but the owner's attitude was as disappointing as the...

Midland on Kimball? Hands down, one of the best spots in Yonkers. It’s not just about the food — it’s the vibe. The team here, especially Hugo, Phillip, Felipe, and Nicola, are top-notch. These guys make you feel like family every time you walk in. Honestly, if the health department allowed it, I’d move my bed in here and call it home.
Now let’s talk food! My personal favorites are the Spicy Diablo pizza and the Italian hero. They’re on point every time. I’m picky with details, and these guys listen — if I tell them to put exactly half an onion on my hero, that’s exactly what I get, no questions asked.
I’m super critical about the cheese on my pizza, and here they use only Grande mozzarella — none of that processed, greasy stuff. You can taste the difference; it’s quality all the way. And if you’re craving pasta, all their pasta options are imported straight from Italy. It doesn’t get more authentic than that!
When I’m feeling lazy, I just order online and stack up those loyalty points. I save them up for my office Christmas party every year. Plus, it’s great that they offer 10% off for veterans, active military, first responders, and teachers. Gotta love a business that gives back.

This place has 5 star restaurant Italian food that I've never gotten before without going out to a world class restaurant. I order here at least once a week. The best food I have tasted in a long time. Generous portions at a fair price. You have to eat here. I'm ordering delivery right now. Absolutely the best pizza place/ restaurant in all of...
