Came here got two items , first in a xs and then another item which I was suppose to get a small and noticed after I paid I actually somehow got a xsmall , asked them to switch the sweater for the small one and they wouldn't yet I didn't even leave or go home or anything. I understand if I went home and came back hours later or a different day which at that point I could of worn it or swapped it out but how can you just not switch the same exact item for a different size when I didn't go anywhere? So for that my experience went to a 1 star even though it started off great. And the review isn't exactly to the worker who helped me but the assistant manager name A? on 12/15/24. To add to that as soon as the store opens at 11 am he left to go shopping which I found out from the girl worker who was there pretty upset and complaining that why would he leave and not help them. The same worker said he could swap the items and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the guy to come back from his shopping spree for him to claim he needs the actual manager to do it "tomorrow". Customer service at this location HAS TO BE THE WORSE BY FAR. THEY no longer accept Apple Pay or google pay so I deliberately paid in cash to avoid any credit purchase hassle or scrutiny. It was the total opposite. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Not a problem. First “mistake” was handing the salesperson the cash “too early” was ordered to pick it up “so it doesn’t get lost”. Then when he saw fit the funds were requested. I literally had to watch him scan , marked, green light scanned , then held up to the light for final verification. This included the dollar bill and 2 five dollar bills. Once my money passed his personal test he continued to hold back my bag until I gave him my email…… FOR WHAT? No refunds or exchanges RIGHT?
