Walked up to the door , seen the sign āpick up only ā . Fine ! Proceed to stand in front of this disgraceful business to place an order online . . Gracefully the owner came out and asked me to move . (Guess my skin color was to dark ) Why did he ask me to move ? Because I was covering his āOPEN ā LED sign which is about a foot square ! I said ādude Iām ordering online !ā His persona changes immediately and begs me to come inside and order . I didnāt even entertain his acquisition . His demeanor was with ill intent . My friend went to the location and placed our order. Not only did it take an HOUR for the order, the order came out and it was not correct. She told the owner that the order was wrong and his response was to take the food or leave!! He refused to correct the order and he refused to give a refund for his mistakes. UNACCEPTABLE! Since when does the customer get forced to pay for the wrong order? Apparently at this business rudeness and lack of respect are plentiful on the menu.
