We ordered Cafe Mendoza for our baby shower and couldn't have been happier. The food was incredible. They provided a customized menu for 50 people, gave a tasting in the restaurant and provided all this at a very reasonable price! Their food was fresh and so tasty, all of our guests were impressed. Their shrimp skewer appetizer was phenomenal, their guacamole was a crowd pleaser, people raved about the barbecue ribs and even their rice and beans were great. Ordered takeout. The person on the phone was very nice, delivery was fast but tbh the food was disappointing. Ordered birria tacos and it came with consome. The tacos were very bland to almost no taste and the same thing with the consome. I ordered from here before, the nachos and burrito, and it was very flavorful, so I was expecting the same thing for the tacos. I live down the street from Palisades Ave that has 5 small restaurants offering dining in and takeout. Mendoza is absolutely my favorite restaurant out of the 5.
