PIZZA PIZZA — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

My family use to order from Pizza Pizza since God knows when, well over 10yrs. The food has changed and I'm glad they have introduced the veggie burgers/bean base. However, whomever is cooking the food or taking down the order to convey to the cook how to prepare the food there is a big MISCOMMUNICATION somewhere in-between. On 3 separate occasions, 3 different orders, from 3 different people, orders were made wrong. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal if something is off but now it's becoming more of an often thing. Veggie burgers are not being made to order properly. They are sloppy & falling apart. One time half of an order was missing, we waited until the order was made a 2nd time only to get the order handed us MADE WRONG STILL! It seems like the folks just don't care as long as they are getting your money... Thanks but no thanks, the days of good customer service, preparing food with regard & good food from them are gone. About four years ago, I had to stop eating from Pizza Pizza (Yonkers location) because the quality of the food was no longer great. Not entirely sure what happened, but I remember missing food, salads with wilted lettuce, pizza that tasted different each time we orderd, etc.

I went back to it again last month, as I saw the reviews change for the positive. Glad to say it's back to it's quality I knew since a kid! The food is great, the pizza is awesome, and the new online website makes things so much better - I can be as picky as I choose when ordering and they deliver. The taste of the food is amazing and I'm happy to spend for my family here, as I can rely on the great service and the even greater food.

Not much competition for pizza delivery here. This is literally across the street which makes it very convenient. The pizza here I would consider above average and I really like the wings however they are super small. Their sauce for the wings though are AWESOME!!! They do have some nice specials and definitely keep busy. They also have a full menu but I have only stuck to the pizza and tried a few wraps as well. So far no bad meals or experiences. I have a few times ordered a tray of chicken alfredo linguine for get togethers and everyone has enjoyed it. Only thing in my book keeping this from 5 stars is they have raised prices several times since I have moved here and feel it is no longer a great value.
