Pizza Bella🍕 — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Most disgusting experience with this restaurant ever. I ordered food from this restaurant for the first time while at work. I am a direct Support Professional in charge of two young autistic ladies. I ordered via uber eats. The restaurant uses their own delivery guys to make deliveries; which do not update the app to allow you to track your delivery. Upon delivery, the delivery person ran, psychotically to the window of the emotionally vulnerable individuals I work with, banged frantically on their living room window, threw the soggy disaster of a meal at the door before running off to his car. When I called the restaurant to make a complaint and receive some sort of compensation, for the organization I work with, I was rudely told, if I’m looking for a free meal, I’m not getting...

Good food. Pizza was slamming. but this is where it gets bad...

I was doing a job behind the store.. I am in a * trade *. I took my pizza went into my work truck parked behind their store and ate my pizza within a 30 minute period i saw an employee place the deep frying pans outside on the FLOOR, hose them down then put them on top of a filthy container once they dryed he brought them back in. I saw it with my own eyes. That's disgusting. Good thing I did not order French fries.

I LOVE this place!! Their pizza is delicious!! Their meat lovers is bomb so is their lasagna pizza!! I want to try the others. I had a couple of their wraps that were also delicious!!! Their salads are great! I got the grilled shrimp salad. Their chicken parmigiana is tasty but a lil sweet.......still great you'll see the pictures. The meatballs are good and the minestrone soup was on point!!! The minestrone soup was bomb!!!!! I tore that up it was soooo good! Really hit the spot!! Gotta try the other ones too!!!!
