One of the most absolutely worst experiences I have had in a fast food restaurant. My son and I were second in line and ended up standing there close to ten minutes before being able to order. I ordered a double Jack for myself and pancakes with bacon for my son. I specifically requested no cheese on my burger more than once. The woman taking my order said she didn't think it came with cheese unless I asked for it to be added. Well she was wrong. I should have checked it before leaving the restaurant but I was in a hurry and needed to get back on the road. I am lactose intolerant and had melted cheese all over my burger. I ate it anyway because I was hungry and had neither the time nor patience to deal with the chaos again. My sons pancakes with bacon came with no bacon. Before my order was actually ready I was witness to the orders in front of me being filled incorrectly over and over again. It was a horrible experience. Read moreFirst off I love Jacks. Always have. But for the last three visits they dropped the ball. I just left drive thru after driving in pouring rain for the 15 minute drive from my house. I ordered and drove to window to pay. I asked lady at window to make sure I had Apple, not Strawberry pies, because I've gotten wrong pies on 2 previous occasions. She confirmed I had apple. I didn't find this out until I got home that I had the wrong pies again. Next. I opened my meal box to find my four chicken fingers swimming in green bean juice. All the liquid from beans was in section with chicken, making them very soggy. Taste of course was affected greatly. My wife opened her meal to find the comeback sauce without a lid and the sauce in her coleslaw. And lastly. Very few fries in one meal, and not too many more in second meal. Not to mention my friend at his entire meal before I even got my burger. The guy kept asking the cashier if it was paid for and she was super nice. I understand why that guy was in the back he needs ro be . I sent in a jacks complaint and of course no one bothered to email or text back. I'm usually not one to leave bad remarks because I work a retail job but this is unnecessary and should be addressed and not to mention with Covid and just proper food sanitation. I did a report on the day this happened on that site you mentioned. I do not recall the date as it was over a week or more now .
