I walked in and stood in front of the counter for several minutes, waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, say "hi", "welcome", "anything", then another customer walks in, stood where I was previously standing, and they took her order. What the ... !?!? Get it together folks!

I read your rebutle, and it is not correct. You stated,

The confusion was not mine. I stood at both ends of your counter waiting to be acknowledged ... and nothing. The other customer came in after me and "PLACED" her order. Didn't pick up a pre-order. And I never ordered anything I left because I couldn't get served, so not sure what sandwich it is your referencing.

Doesn't seem I'm the only one who has a bad experience with you today.

Company doesn’t care about customers* If you read the bad reviews they’re all true I’ve witnessed first hand all 3/4 times I’ve been. Lady’s upfront are rude, management doesn’t respond to any of those reviews and they’re still working there.* Terrible customer service Every time I’ve been in here. The lady’s always have attitudes when you’re ordering. And have messed my order several times. Food is just not consistent. Taste different every time.NOT ONLY DID THE TWO CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME GET THEIR FOOD FIRST. THEY HAD TWO SANDWICHES TO MY ONE with already made soups and six people standing behind the counter talking. This came with my sandwich and smells like seasoned toilet water nor does it smell like what I got last time. This is NASTY and will not be returning. My son and I came from Clyde, TX for a yearly visit with my parents today. Last year was the first time to try this place. I'm a big pastrami lover after having my first taste of it from a place in New York. After trying Bill & Ruth's I must say it was extremely reminiscent of the delicious taste of the same pastrami that I had while in New York. The cheese was perfectly melted, pastrami was hot and tender, and bread soft and delicious. My son had the "Jumbo" baked potato supreme which comes with butter, cheese and choice of meat. I put jumbo in parenthesis because jumbo doesn't do justice its monstrous huge and plenty for later. The entire meal was delicious as it was the first time we tried it and will definitely come back for more. Pictured is the small hot pastrami and the jumbo baked potato supreme. Sorry my son couldnt wait...
