Subway — Restaurant in Clarkesville

This is the 3rd and last time we order from here. It is always empty (5:30 pm on this occasion) when I go in and starting to see why. The people that work there are friendly enough, but it is clear that they don’t care about making an order the way it is supposed to be made when using the app.

On this occasion my family and I ordered three sandwiches on the app. And just like last time all three sandwiches were wrong. We don’t have many options in the small town, so we thought we give it another chance, and each time it gets worse. My sandwich literally had bread and meat on it. No sauce, cheese, or toppings that I specifically ask for. All sandwiches were incomplete or incorrect on the bread, toppings and sauce. The bread was hard and old. All three sandwiches were supposed to be toasted but weren’t.

The app asks you to tip before you get your food and really wish there was away to get this money back when the person making it doesn’t care about the sandwich being made or the local person being served.

My recommendation order inside the store and watch them make it. Don’t use the app because you are throwing money away on something that barely resembles your order. Don’t tip until you unwrapped them the sandwiches in front of the staff and checked...

We ordered 3 footlongs, and I put on the ticket to warm the chicken and steak. Neither one of them was warmed!! They were so cold!! On the steak, I had 3 slices of cheese on one side and one slice on the other side. All 3 subs looked like they were just throwed together!! Worst subs I have ever received at the Clarkesville location!! I called the store, and after 10 calls finally someone finally answered!! He said the ONE working was new. We'll it sounds like someone did not train that person, right!! And as high as the subs are priced you would think they would look a little better!! WE HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR THE SUBS!! IT WAS NOT THE DASHER FAULT!! IT TOOK SUBWAY THAT LONG...

We order 2 ft long and a 6 in all the bread was hard if I needed to make a sandwich at home I would have just done that. We had to take all the stuff off the bread and put it in sandwich bread because the bread was hard like it had been out for several days. We eat here often and this time is like the 4th time that we have had this to happen to us. We work just as hard for our money as y’all do here and we would like fresh food as much as you do when you go out to eat. When you call the restaurant you can’t even get an answer so how can you let someone know what you are...
