Dino’s is a pizza place that can’t make pizza. A fact that seems problematic, but they don’t seem too perturbed by it.
Tonight was the third time in a row that we ordered pizza and they messed up the order. I always get the same pizza: a large with pepperoni, mushrooms, and garlic. One time it came with peppers instead of pepperoni. Another time it was something else. And this time it was missing pepperoni again. This was after I asked the person taking the order to repeat back to me what I ordered. She repeated exactly what I ordered but they still forgot the pepperonis. After I got home and realized it wasn’t what I had asked for, I called them.
Initially they said they could make another pizza for me. Instead I asked them to refund me for half of the pizza, seeing as this was the third time in a row. He said the best he could do was refund me for the pepperonis. He also didn’t express any concern or care that Dino’s had made this error continuously. In fact, he seemed annoyed that I would bother to contact them about it. I said “don’t worry about it” and we hung up.
After thinking about it I called back and said “wait, you’ll make an entire other pizza and have me inconvenience myself for your mistake, but you won’t just refund half my pizza?” Then he said that he had misspoke and he wouldn’t even be able to make a new pizza and the best he could do was refund the pepperonis.
In conclusion, the food here is decent, when they can make what you order. The atmosphere is decent too, a nice little bar section. It’s a shame because it’s conveniently located to us. But their lack of customer service, their attitude, and their cheapness after they mess up means I can’t support their business any longer.

On March 14 2024 I came in to order a pasta dinner and have a glass of wine while I wait for my order. In the meantime I was told by a patron that tell me that I was barred from the establishment and I asked why? Moving forward the waitress was fine with me there and served me a glass of wine while I ordered my food to go. Not knowing that the “owner”stated that I can no longer order food to go because the waitress screwed my order to go twice. And I had to go back to change my order and it was my fault why my order was not correct. However the owner stated “ we can’t serve you order to go because we can’t satisfy you” I tried to let the owner no that it was not my fault that her waitress kept screwing up my order but she continued to be loud with me and she said that she will call the police on me because I said I was going to put a review on yelp. I said i have a freedom of speech to say what I feel. Read moreStopped in tonight with my 5 year old for a quick, later than usual dinner. We came in around 8:30pm and waited a while to be seated despite the FIVE employees standing at or around the counter. I believe there were 3 other small tables of people when we arrived, all of which finished up and left shortly after we were seated. After being seated we ordered our drinks, salad and one meal. A little before 9:30 both my child and I were getting a little antsy so I finally asked a waitress that was walking by (not coming to check on us) about our meal. She said she would check and never returned so we went up to the counter and asked again. At that time we were told there were several other orders before ours and that it wasn't done yet. This was at 9:33pm, 27 minutes before they closed. At that time there was only one other customer I saw in the restaurant and that person was at the bar. We decided to leave because our meal wasn't done, we weren't told how much longer it would be and at that point would have had no time to even eat it. We left (my child literally in tears) and went down the road to McDonalds where we got much better service. I have no intention of ever returning here and was beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service.
