I go to this dd every Monday through Friday and spend $6.22. Today, as I'm in the drive-thru, the employee on the other end asks if I would like to receive a medium iced coffee on them for $1 donation. I agree. I get to the window and hand the other employee my credit card. She never states a total and doesn't give me a receipt. I then notice before I pull away that the screen displaying my total reads $6.75. I ask her how much my order was. She pulls out the receipt and says $5.15 while handing it to me. I look at it and it clearly states $6.75. I tell her it's not $5.15, it's $6.75 and it only should have been $5 and change. She says that's because I didn't give my donation. I say, didn't you charge me for it? She then proceeded to tell me it's a cash only donation. This was NEVER mentioned at the order speaker or by her when I handed her my card. Rather than hold up the drive-thru line I go inside and ask to speak to a manager. I explain the situation to her and she tells me she will refund my $2.53 I was charged for the medium iced coffee for my $1 donation. I explained I only had. 84 cents in cash on me. She says it has to be $1. I tell her to take the iced coffee back then and give me my refund, which she did. I find it comical that due to two incompetent employees the manager was willing to loose $2.53 from throwing my iced coffee away rather than cover the. 16 cents to make the cash I had available an even Dollar. Way to treat loyal customers.
MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THE WOMAN AT THE WINDOW AND MAKE SURE SHE ISN'T DOING THIS TO OTHERS AND THEN POCKETING...
Read moreI put in a mobile order for 2 iced dunkalattes and an iced macchiato about an hour ago. When I got to the drive thru speaker they told me that they didn’t have coffee milk, but offered me a substitution, which I accepted. Once I got to the window I asked to be refunded and recharged for the products I was actually being given. (2 large iced dunkalattes is $1.17 more than 2 large iced lattes). Madi, the shift lead , then walked away and sent a different girl to the window , who didn’t have a nametag on. This girl then proceeded to tell me “so the value difference really only is cents so it’s not a huge deal but if you really need it refunded and recharged i guess we can do that”. Completely unprofessional and lacking any principle. It could’ve been 10 cents it’s not about the money it’s about paying for the product im actually receiving. The fact that the refunded was questioned in a way to make it sounds like a hassle or my fault is unacceptable.the fact that the shift lead sent someone else to essentially try to talk me out of the refund is also unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the afternoon staff at this location, and this was the final straw and I will not be coming back to this location. Would rate this 0...
Read moreIf Dunkin Donuts really cares about their brand and customers, please revamp this store! The majority of the staff are rude and clearly incompetent (with the exception 3 people). I spend on average upwards of $60.00 a week in here and for some reason the order is messed up, watered down, or burnt. I will say Mahdu, Brenda and there is one other person who are AWESOME but if anyone else is working guaranteed you will wish you’d went to Starbucks!
Yesterday I was in there and the woman who claimed she was the manager put her fingers INSIDE the cup before making the coffees. When I asked her if she just did that she flat out denied it and was extremely rude. She then told me the cameras are on as if I could view them or as if I didnt see her do what she did! I asked for the manager and was rudely told by the finger diddler that she was the manager and I asked for her manager and she then told me she wasnt allowed to give names. I told her I was allset and no longer wanted to order and she said GOOD. Can you believe it? I just left and took my business to Starbucks. This place...
