KFC — Restaurant in Clarks Summit

Stopped in yesterday (Sunday) around 4 and I was the only customer. Had around a $50 order and it was ready in less than a minute. I should have checked everything before leaving because they forgot half of my food. The girl even forgot my bottled waters. She literally shoved it out the drive thru window and didn’t even ask me if I needed any condiments or anything. I also asked her if we’re all good and is this everything here before driving away. The food we did receive wasn’t even fresh accept for the biscuits. Chicken was soggy and drenched in grease. Literally soaking wet. Must’ve been sitting around for quite some time. I will never use this location again....

Unfortunately, there was a disagreement between a couple of the workers while we were there and they were yelling at each other behind the counter - the whole place could hear their argument. Not exactly a friendly atmosphere. There was a young lady who was sweeping in the dining area (not part of the argument) who seemed embarrassed that her co-workers were acting as they were, and she apologized to us. Maybe some "let's work together even if we don't like each other" training is in order! Also, men's room did not have a lock on the door, and the ladies' room toilet was broken. Follow up visit 2 days ago, young lady at drive thru window very professional. We spoke about my recent retirement, and she extended me a senior discount which I didn't know existed... Very nice gesture, kinda made my day in this crazy world... keep up the great work. * sorry I didn't get ur name , hut you were very helpful. ----------‐---------------------------- Prior visit.
