Staff was atrociously vulgar! The image shown is the re-make of the first taco that was just as broken as the second one! I watched the kid make it, then break it and even though he KNEW it wasn’t fit to serve, he proceeded to wrap it up and slide it across the counter. I knew better than to ask for a third. The staff were all wearing masks and food prep gloves, and it’s great to know their chins will be protected from covid but your food won’t, and well the gloves would’ve have been more appropriate if they were on clean hands that were not shoved in pants pockets, moving masks around or fixing hair and adjusting ball caps all while preparing food!!! No cleanliness at all! I heard vulgar conversations complete with inappropriate explicit adult preferences and types of “pics” they would send or receive. All while I was standing at the counter waiting to be assisted. I watched an elderly couple get told that they would have to use the kiosk because the register person was in the bathroom (he was not, he was outside talking to two other employees). I don’t know if the poor older people ever did manage to order food! The mentioned being short staffed and busy but there were no other customers in the lobby and only a couple of vehicles in the drive thru. It was just overall an experience I will never have to endure from this Taco Bell again!! Do not recommend! Save your money, go to Kroger across the street and buy ingredients and make your own! Read moreThere was a cat on the table in the dining room as we waited in the drive thru watching the man pull the fuzzywuzzy cat out and onto the table I was thinking about how many people were going to be passing through there tonight going in for mobile pick up door dash walk ins drive thrus but after employees take breaks where there was dirty animal grim not knowing it 😔 then going back to the kitchen and cat hair traveling on clothes in the air carrying itself into the ventilation system and I had to stop myself as we pulled up I regained my full attention back to the conversation in the car and kept telling myself your food is being made it will not be affected by the effectiveness of cat getting away from the gentleman or guy in the dining room. As we stop get our food drinks it's brought up lightly I remain silent not my business just my dinner time. Yummy and we drive the 4 to 5 minutes home, start to pull everything out and have someone elses order my friend calls talks to manager and they laugh at the mistake saying we have you the bag for the car behind you and they got your bag. Read moreIdk where to begin. One of the worst experiences that we've had as a family, at any restaurant. This wasn't recent tho. Long story, short; The temperature was freezing inside. Even a customer who worked as a nurse in the hospital said it was way too cold there. There were multiple people complaining about the temp. Our food took forever and when we got it, 4 different parts of our order were wrong. The rest didn't look very appetizing. So we had to wait for some to be corrected. By the time they finally corrected all of the issues, everyone had eaten besides me. All the while, a manager was playing video games in the lobby, on his laptop. I was ready to go and wanted a refund for the food that I didn't eat or never got. The video game playing manager refunded the money but refused to give us a receipt for the transaction. The manager claimed that they don't give those out, when there are refunds. My husband didn't settle for that and wanted a receipt.
