   Read moreI recently purchased a sofa from this RAC in Clarksburg. I've approximately had the sofa 2months. I called the store and spoke with someone this past Saturday(5-4-13) and requested that someone come pick up my couch and take it back and I was informed no men were in and they would have to call me back. I received no call back. Thursday(5-9-13) I called back to the store and spoke with someone and informed them that I wanted them to order me a new sofa(#2) same as the one I have and when it came in I wanted to replace it with sofa #1. In doing this all the money that we have paid toward sofa #1 is basically rent for the couch, so WE are the ones paying more for a couch we are the ones loosing. I also asked if the manager could call me about this matter. The manager did call me back and wanted to know why I wanted to return one couch and get a brand new one in return when the one I have was new and has nothing wrong with it. I told him that's what I wanted to do and I was basically teaching my husband a lesson. Before we bought the couch my husband and I made a deal and my husband did not keep up his end of our deal. So since he didn't keep his word I need to keep mine and that is purchasing a brand new sofa and replacing sofa # 1 with the new. The manager told me he wouldn't let me trade sofas that I needed to teach my husband a lesson or prove a point another way. I then asked if I had them come pick up sofa #1 then I called and had them order sofa #2 and he replied he would then have sofa #1 in the store and that's the only one I could get. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service at this store and I will never deal with another RAC in the Clarksburg area ever...
   Read moreSteer clear!! I had placed an order with this place for a dryer at the end of July.. Thought we were going to be able to afford it but some things came up so I CANCELLED THE ORDER THE SAME DAY it finalized. I go to the store and get a refund of the deposit I had put down and signed their paperwork that i canceled it thinking it was over. They were nice about it. Then I get an email yesterday, friday aug 14, telling me my auto payment would come out. I call immediately, 949 am, telling them I cancelled the order weeks ago and not to take the money. I was assured by their manager that I didn't owe anything and she "got sidetracked" and "forgot to cancel" the auto pay when I was in last month. Wake up this morning aug 15 which is a Saturday to 115 dollars taken out by them resulting in an over draft. I call them and they say oh I'm sorry we don't have the cash on hand so you have to come in this afternoon. Well my bank closes at noon on Saturdays. So I go pick up the money and she says again "I am sorry I got sidetracked yesterday when we spoke and forgot to cancel that auto pay again" Like who does that twice in a row?! So I then ask for documentation that I didn't authorize the payment. She says yes you did when you clicked auto pay. I said when I canceled my order that should've effectively terminated the auto pay. I need something for my bank in case they wont refund the overdraft fee due to it being your error and not mine or theirs. She said oh well lets see what your bank says. If they won't we will see what we can do. Unprofessional and flighty. If someone is that easily distracted they shouldn't be handling peoples money. Never again will I do business...
