I can’t express enough how happy we were with our 6 foot long sub sandwich the other day. The people at the Clarkston store went above and beyond to make our order just as we requested ! The super fresh twisted bread was fabulous and they gave us 2 trays of all the fixings on the side so everyone could have their sandwich exactly as they liked. Also all the condiments were provided on the side ! Everyone raved about the yummy sandwich! Thank you soooo much for providing our family get together with such good food! I’m so glad I choose to go to Subway instead of anywhere else .. I wish I had the name of the man who took my order because he was sooo kind and helpful!! Read moreI went to get sandwiches for the family and they made one wrong. They used chicken instead of steak. No biggie, I called to ask for a new one or coupon. They said to get a new sandwich I needed to bring the one they made and return it. When I got there they asked for the old sandwich before they made the new one. I asked if they wanted to know what I wanted on it and they said they would just make it like the other one. That's really unsanitary and gross. It was extremely inconvenient as well. I didn't want to drive again right away, I would have just waited for the next time I was out and about. When I got home the new sandwich wasn't made right. It probably would have helped if they asked how I wanted it made or let me tell them. There was no sauce and no cheese. I'm not going back for another. I just won't go back again. Once I got to the window I watched two potheads wander around for 10- 15 minutes before I finally drove off because I couldn’t get their attention not to mention there wasn’t so much as bread on the table. Things happen ,the real trouble begins when I try contacting management. Long story short after placing 12 phone calls over a period of three months, leaving detailed return information, the manager returns my call to tell me I’m out of luck because I don’t remember the exact date I paid for the sandwich.
