Dear Arby’s Team,
I wanted to share my delightful experience from my first visit to Arby’s. As someone who appreciates good food and great service, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at your 965 N Riverside Dr, Clarksville, TN 37040.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by your staff, who guided me through the menu with patience and enthusiasm, making my first-time visit a breeze. The inviting atmosphere and clean surroundings immediately set the tone for a positive dining experience.
As I perused the menu, I was impressed by the variety of options available. After much deliberation, I decided to try the BBQ bacon burger, as it seemed to be a fan favorite. I also couldn't resist adding a side of your famous fries to complete my meal.
When my order arrived, it was served hot and crispy on a tray. I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the sauces. The fries was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the soft, The fries were a revelation - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right.
What truly stood out to me was the disappointment I received when I realized that the burger lacked the freshness I had hoped for. The lack of flavors was the dissatisfaction for my meal. I took attention to detail and care that went into preparing my meal.
Moreover, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that I had a memorable dining experience. Their genuine smiles and willingness to accommodate my preferences made me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, my first visit to Arby’s was nothing short of fantastic, but kind of not what I was hoping for. It left a lasting impression on me, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
On a positive note, the fries were served hot, but unfortunately, personal preferences aside, the burger itself failed to meet even the most basic...
Read moreWent through the drive thru about 7 ish tonight. After placing my order, I asked the young man may I have arby and horsey sauce in my bag. no problem he said. service was EXTREMELY SLOW. I pulled out of the drive thru and into a parking spot to check my bag bc the man/woman(?) who brought my bag out to me seemed irked I didn't move quick enough. lo and behold, no sauces. I went back to the ordering spot and it's going to be at least 40 mins, i said I don't need to order food, there was no sauce in my bag, he then replied well then its well be 20 mins. I pulled around to the window where I got my food the first time. There was a very skinny young man who looked right at me and walked away from the window, the man/woman who brought my food came to the window and says, yeah, what chu need? I said, may I have arby and horsey sauce, yeah I'll get chu some. He/she walked over to the counter, grabbed a HUGE handful and proceeded to just drop them into my hand without giving me time to put my other hand up to catch them all. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTFULLY. I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money in your establishment, but I promise, as they say word of mouth is best advertising, but in this case, worst, I WILL spread the word. Maybe the owners should vet their prospective employees a...
Read moreUpdate: a Year later and this location, by which I mean the General Manager Chris, is still trash. The one on Madison street is far superior in every regard. I told one of the shift leaders that their carbonated water might be malfunctioning since all the drinks taste very flat and Chris chimed in condescendingly and said "you just gotta run it for a minute." First, don't undermine your management team. Second, thats a bandage solution for a bigger problem that you're either not competent or not responsible enough to fix.
Not a comment about the quality of their food, which is mediocre at best. I called this location for employment a month and a half ago and was PROMISED a position, as a transfer employee. They (their hiring manager and Chris, the general manager) gave me the run around for three whole weeks saying they'd call me and my old store "immediately." I called my old store a week later and Chris had only just called to initiate the transfer, apparently. Then, I called back to the Riverside location only to be told that I had "been fired" from my old store (a lie) and that they weren't hiring (likely...
