I’m so disappointed in my most recent visit. Today I pulled up to the drive through at this chick fil a around 415 and there was only two cars in front of me and only two cars beside me (5 total) the left lane I was in was taking forever. By the time I got up to order, two people that had arrived after me in the right lane had already ordered and went ahead to the window. As I’m ordering another vehicle goes past me that had been there far less time than I had been waiting. I got over that only to get to the window and be handed the wrong sized meal. I was very polite and nicely said “oh I’m sorry it was supposed to be a large”. After an eye roll, they fixed it, it’s fine. I go to eat my large fries and after about five decent sized fries I pick up a tiny crumb.. I look in the container to find that over half the LARGE thing of fries is nothing but CRUMBS. Have fun dipping these tiny crumbs into your sauce. Very crispy, end of the batch, had been sitting too long, CRUMBS. Cool, thanks a lot. That’s exactly what I wanted to pay $8 for. Now I go to eat my sandwich which was supposed to be the #1 REGUALAR and it’s spicy. I’m pregnant. I’m hungry. I’m Irritated. And now my heart burn is out the roof because I got a spicy sandwich instead of regular. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. I expect it from McDonald’s, but not chick fil a. I’d much rather drive out of my way to get to a different one than going back to this one. And if I had one tip for chick fil a employees it would be: stop giving two things of sauce to people who order a large meal.......
Read moreI dined in here morning time with my daughter 5/14/25. I ordered 2 meals and requested 4 chic fil a sauces and soft cone ice cream. Cashier told me she will remember and bring the ice cream with the food. When Chic Fil A worker brought me the meals. He checked my name and just tossed the meals on the table and left. He didnt even check what I ordered and of course they forgot to bring the ice cream and the 4 chic fil a sauces. I waited the line and came up to cashier requested to give my sauces and ice cream. I explained to them that I dont feel comfortable to leave my daughter by herself because she is a toddler. Worker gave me 4 sauces but didnt give my ice cream and they will bring one to me. My daughter and I finished the meals and still waited for them to bring the ice cream but they dont even give me a look. I waited closer to 20 mins for the ice cream and just left because they are busy handling other customers or doing other stuff. I dont know why they keep making false promises and not bring me the food that I ordered. I dont mind I can take all the food at up front like how other fast food places do so that I can make sure I get all the items that I order . For me this is not the only time that had happened. Read moreThis location is always packed and it's an absolute nightmare to get in & out of, buuuut it's Chik-fil-A and usually it's worth the aggravation. Usually they do a decent job of keeping up with the crowds and even with a drive-thru line wrapped around the building, you can usually get in and out in 10-15 minutes. This Saturday however was absolutely awful!! We arrived at about 10:15 a.m. & placed 2 orders using the app & curbside pickup. We watched as the drive-thru ran smoothly for about 20 minutes and watched as about 30 cars were served before us. Suddenly, the workers that were running the drive-thru went inside and the drive-thru came to a complete stand still for the next 15-20 minutes. We received our food at about 10:50 (35 minutes later), without an explanation, an apology, a compensation, or all of our order. (We were missing sauces & 1 or 2 nuggets from a 12 pack.) I get that things happen and mistakes are made, but no one should have to wait 35 minutes for fast food. I'll obviously be going back, but I really hope this isn't a normal reoccurring...
