There is my order on the counter never picked it up, and it was supposed to be at the Madison St store app changed my location to Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Both managers tried explaining to Curry that my family got extremely sick eating from the Wilma Rudolph Blvd store, and he did not care. My food sat for over an hour dealing with this mess, so knowing it was cold and soggy, also knowing that we were almost put in the hospital for bad meat and could not eat for 3 days I was not taking any chances of my family almost ending up in the hospital due to vomiting and running back and forth to the bathroom while in school. This was a 60.66 cent order, on December 8th and I have contacted Frirehouse Subs on the 9th and still am trying to get the owner of these 2 sister stores, including corporate, to contact me, and they are ignoring me to see if I will go away. Take your chances, but according to Curry, he does not care what the reason is if the sandwich is made, he is going to keep your money. He does not care about customers at all, just their money. I am updating my review to say that I did speak to the owner who told me that what I wrote was BAD. Also argued with me about what I said. I will say that after a month of calling never getting a response it took a call and reporting that I posted this review for the owner to get in contact with me shockingly same day I called and told them about the review. A few days later I received a check for the full amount of my order as a refund and no apology from the owner for this happening, just accusation of selecting the wrong store till I told him that several employees also said the app was changing locations. All said and done I found another place to get my favorite subs also it is cheaper to make them at home with the same ingredients. Have a nice day.

🔥Firehouse🔥has always been and still is the best place in Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove and Hoptown for subs. These subs are worth the drive to I24 exit 4 and dealing with the terrible Wilma traffic. I really enjoy sitting down and eating here. The freestyle COKE machine has every flavor imaginable and the efficient staff actually keep up with the ice, syrup and carbonated water requirements. Of course the subs and the ingredients that go into each masterpiece are fresh, taste amazing and always made to order. I ate here recently and they have thankfully brought back their LIMITED selection of hot sauces. I’m used to the pre- covid firehouse sub shops, where i could try about 15 different sauces each visit, if i wanted. They now have 5 different packets of hot sauce upon request. I’ll take it. Go to the firehouse, sit on down and have a wonderful lunch or dinner. Then order a sandwich to-go for the next day’s lunch. You won’t regret it!😎

I work at a healthcare facility and was unable to leave so I ordered online. I ordered a Club on a sub with no onions, no deli mustard, no bun, and a coke zero. I received a bowl with a piece of ham and a piece of turkey on lettuce and tomato with sliced onion. No mayo, no bacon, no pickle spear. I ordered a coke zero and got a diet coke. I paid for the meal and to have it delivered so there was a fee for that and I left a tip. I paid 22.00 total for my order( there were 4 orders in total between myself and my coworkers) and had to spend another 2 dollars at a vending machine for a coke zero. Not saure what to think about this because the order was easy and was delivered COMPLETELY incorrect.

My wife just left this place less 40mn ago and had a TERRIBLE experience there on her birthday of all days. Myself and other family members frequently visit this location and thought it would be great to allow her to enjoy a free sub as a surprise birthday gift. She just came home feeling so awful she didn't want to eat her sub. Here's what happened: She comes into the store and asks the owner which sub is good. He gives his suggestion and she informs him that she has a Free birthday sub. He asked if she wants chips and a drink with that. She replies No. He tells her she is cheating the system because the point of the Free Sub is to come in a buy something else. While making her sub, he went on and on about how unfair it was for her to receive the Free Sub. "People like you will make the program go away" is one of the many quotes she remembers him saying. She left feeling degraded by the owner. To make matters worse, I called there corporate headquarters in Florida (1-800-388-FIRE (3473)) to complain and not only was my call unanswered but there was no answering machine to leave a msg and after about 6-7 rings the call just ends with no response. I called the Wilma Rudolph location and did speak to an apologetic GM who was at the location at the time and did witness the interaction but unfortunately could offer little hope that this would not happen again. All is forgiven but my $$.$$ will NEVER be spent at a...

I was terribly excited to come across a firehouse subd after not visiting one for a while. I stopped in at about 7 PM on the Tax Day and was surprised to see the place. Empty...I proceeded to order a large Italian fully involved for $15. Plus a combo where the lady politely asked me if I wanted my pickle on the side, Which I replied "of course!" While I waited for my food I went over to their fountain to get some of their famous cherry limeaid, after pouring I looked around for the limes to add to drink and didn't see any. I went to the counter to ask the very nice lady.If she had any to which she replied that they did not. The drink tasted a bit flat anyway so I swapped it out for another drink instead. I took my food. To go but couldn't wait for very long and open it up and took a bite to find the meat somewhat cold, but still had that amazing flavor you'd expect from a firehouse sub, Unfortunately, I realized that on each end of the sub. There was an inch to an inch and a half with no meat on it at all. I realized I paid for a large sub and got a medium at best.I was somewhat disappointed. The food tasted pretty good overall even though the experience was somewhat poor. As a final insult to injury on this visit.I came to realize that I had not been...
