There is a guy named Chris there that works there. When I tell you, this guy makes a sandwich the way it should and the way you would like it. He makes it with abundance!!!! And his customer service attitude is so awesome.. he's the reason why I would drive across town to this specific subway because he makes the sandwich and customer experience outstanding. But management shouldn't just leave him in a very hot shop the way they are. We've been there several times and it's been two weeks now and I myself can tell how hot the shop is and they haven't fixed the thermostat and he has to work like that. It's wrong. That's bad working condition for him and management shouldn't leave their employer in such a hot atmosphere. Nor should customers should experience coming in the restaurant with it boiling hot inside. In fact you should give him a raise for even working in such conditions. You have one hell of a worker there. You guys are lucky to have him. Not the other way around. Chris, keep up the good work. You are the reason why I and my family keep coming back. If you ever leave, that's when my family and I stop spending our money there. I also hope the thermostat gets fixed, because I will make a call and report the working conditions you have him working in. Also, what we customers have to endure as well while ordering. It's not right. And Thank YOU CHRIS!!!!!KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING...
Read moreWalked in, and there were two people working; a male and a female. I approached the counter and the gentleman simply continued working on a sandwich. He was actually working on several sandwiches. It appeared they were both working on a large order, but I wasn't even acknowledged. I was the only one that walked through the door. He kept his head down. The female continued her work. No one said anything. Then a white male walked in behind me. The guy behind the counter looked up and looked around me. I got pissed and walked out. I got as far as the edge of the parking lot and realized I was too tired to go anywhere else, so I went back in. By the time I walked in again, the white guy behind me had already been serviced. This time the guy behind the counter walked to the back and the female asked to take my order. I said, "Yes, finally, I was beginning to think I was invisible." She got defensive and explained that they were working on a large order. I understood, but there's no excuse for completely ignoring a customer. She was very condescending asI pointed out that the guy deliberately ignored me. I drive for a living, and I really just needed something to eat that was close to the hotel I was staying in. That was the absolute worst service EVER! I'll never go back. That...
Read moreI showed up was informed the toaster was broken so i was seeking a good sandwich that fitnwith in that bracket and apparently 10 min before closing means that the meatballs are put away. And that's a fact because the employee gave me that excuse as to why I cannot have one of the few hot sandwich options that I am allowed. So they a chicken sandwich with avocado. Apparently they ran out of avocado a while ago and the gentleman that had such a thrilled to work here look on his face didn't have a chance to "MAKE IT" eventually i just got a tuna wrap. As I am working through that I don't know how else to describe other than it was like a tuna meatball. I was just lost for words. Is it really that hard. I mean the guy working there that had so much input and his facial expressions told the story of a person that clearly doesn't want to be there. I guess he is the managers husband. You have a customer service job and if you do not enjoy the customer relations experience then don't do it. Just don't blame the customer for your bad life choices. I really walked out mad at myself that I wasted my money there. It was like my patroning their store was an inconvenience. And last I knew if a place is open from say 7am to 9pm then at 850 your still functional and ready to...
