Burger King — Restaurant in Clarksville

A pet peeve of mine is when a restaurant has a main menu item that never seems to be available when I'm there to order it. For this BK, it's the shake. Yesterday's trip to your restaurant for a 10-pc nugget meal with an Oreo Shake for my son (who loves that combination by the way) was ruined by yet again the announcement through the drive thru intercom that the shake machine is "down". I say "yet again" because this is becoming par for the course at this BK. There's probably been at least 6-7 other occasions at this BK when the same thing happened. Aside from that, and again as usual, the drive thru staff come across as lacking in customer service skills compared to other fast food establishments in town. Is this a training issue or a hiring issue? I don't know, but it's noticeable......please look at this, these people represent you more than anything else. So, to fix the order that had no shake, I had to go to Sonic who ALWAYS has shakes available. It's hot in TN right now, you may have noticed, people want to cool drinks and shakes. Now is NOT the time to have the shake machine "down". Sonic also offers chicken and fries, good thing my son insists on Burger King, you guys would be in trouble. Please fix and become the restaurant...

Not everyone likes jokes I guess, even though we both cracked jokes. I love how everyone thought there's was an issue tho it wasn't. However I encouraged them to call the authorities if felt. Anyway the manager got offended when I said her and another female employee could be sisters. Oh well, she was mad already and gave me the fans to the face type thing 🤣 I found it hilarious. So obviously she said her peace which with her tone she had attitude to match. I said my bad , I didn't mean anything negative by that. But I did say as long as my food str8 idc. I do commend her employee for having her back If things "escalated". However I did inform him he didn't have to stand behind me. Yet he stayed and I can't blame him, look how crazy the world in. I had someone looking out for me as well. I give a 3 out of 5 bcuz. The manager attitude even after me apologizing she still had something to say, the restroom had a lotion bottle of urine on it. And my chicken fries are old and gross. All other food was delicious, the employee standing behind seems to really care. And we had a great...

Went through drive through. The person taking my order would not wait for me to finish my order and kept interrupting me. I used to work drive thru so I know how to place a quick and accurate order (Medium number 1, no lettuce, coke to drink) that is all the information right there. I say it clearly and loudly. Then I always get "did you want a meal?, what size?, what to drink?" I get to the window and the lady asked me what I had and I repeated it and they still had it wrong. They forgot my fries and napkins and the guy just chucked it out the window without giving me time to ask for any sauce or ketchup. He walks away from the window and then turns around, and gives me a super sarcastic "have a nice day".

So, the people taking the orders/money and handing out food were terrible. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because whomever was in the kitchen actually making my food did a good job and the food was fresh and put...
