This jumping place is what was needed in Clarksville. Too bad they didn't consider a bigger park . Clarksville community includes Fort Campbell and I think it gets too crowded on the weekend. Overall its fun to be able to have the park here instead of driving 45 minutes to the next park available. Security for the younger jumpers and parental control is very skimpy. The witnessing of a fight of some rowdy teenagers , and the way the staff ( not much older than the fighting teens) was handled was scary. It took about 15 minutes for the removal of rowdy teens as a staff member held them at bay inside and on the trampoline! The rules should include removing all the known participants OFF the park and not dealing with such behavior on the mats. It was scary and we were too close to continue using the mats ( for a 12 yr old ) and left even before the police arrived. Such actions should be immediately considered as hostile and all participants should have been removed. We left as well as many other parents who were witnessing the events unfold. It should have been handled outside waiting for the police instead of a older teen trying to handle the situation while younger staff watched. Since then I have witness some staff members attempting to scrape dust from the back signage while the fallen particles fall on the pits below without any consideration for the way it affects people with allergies or sanitary conditions on the pits the children rely on to fall into. Hopefully this won't be a problem for the future but it was not a good way to clean the signs during the late afternoon. Sorry Defy, you got a challenge and we moms would like to continue our patronage with better controls and perhaps a mature adult present to ensure the security protocols are followed..

This place is great for the community and kids who have little to no outlets in this city. A lot of things come and go in Clarksville - and there is little to replace it. Kids need an affordable outlet - and I consider this affordable. People call it expensive, but I wouldn't say it is anymore expensive than taking your kids to a movie. $20 for two hours seems reasonable to me. They also have those club nights on the weekends, which I believe is the same price but the time frame is like 9-12. If $20 is too much for your kid to have some fun - then stop having kids, - of course if you have a Brady Brunch - it is going to add up. Also just buy the $3 socks once and don't throw them away - it isn't that hard. This place is actually cheaper than The City Forum, actually. If your kid is of age/maturity - they have no problem with dropping the little one off - which is great if you want to get away for a bit. The only thing I would state they need to work on is the marketing of the events - just went by to check out the Pillow Fight Lock In - and there was only about 15 kids and it started in 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure if they did decent marketing campaign - they would have had a better turnout. Their lock-in is 8pm-12am for $30, and they feed them pizza. That's cheaper than a babysitter. You can't beat that - just felt bad because there was only a handful of kids there during Spring Break week.

My son wanted to come here on his birthday with a few friends. I purchased passes for them the evening before to be sure we could go when we wanted. We have a collection of non- slip socks from various locations and asked if those were ok. I was told they were. That was not true. Sadly I worked with someone in management when I purchased the passes who told me otherwise. I would've expected them to know, but no. Once we arrived, check in was incredibly slow and the staff was rude. There was no one to answer questions. The vending machine for the beverage I wanted was inoperable. Again, no one was available for assistance. After all of that, 2 of our party with socks from other places were told they'd have to purchase socks from this location. You should arrive well hydrated because outside drinks are prohibited and they charge $3 for a 20 oz bottle of water. I work hard for my money. I don't expect to be overcharged for basic things and treated rudely. No stars isn't an option, but that's my rating. No repeat business. Update. The wrong arm bands were given to the kids so more time was wasted that we paid for to go address this issue when they were forced out of the jumping area. The person who helped us this time was pleasant and quickly addressed the problem. At least there are a few with customer service skills. No change in rating though.

If you're thinking about having your child's birthday here, I would reconsider. We got a call the evening before our daughter's party from an employee who told us that they changed from Defy to Skyzone. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our party time the next morning. Our "party coordinator" who greeted us upon arriving was unfriendly, unenthusiastic and somewhat rude and unhelpful during the check in process. We felt as though we had no one to guide us, direct us or help us with the direction of the birthday party. We have had a birthday party at this location the previous year and everyone was kind, helpful, prompt and professional. This time, we got the complete opposite. It seemed that no one helped or directed us. Our "party coordinator" had attitude and it put a damper on the entire day. After paying and signing our waiver, I asked if it was OK to put our stuff in our party room because there were no other parties ahead of us and she never gave us an answer but instead gave us more attitude. Our guests also commented that she was quite rude them as well. Our party assistant(?) tried to be helpful and was somewhat polite but was nowhere to be found at the end of jump time. I was wondering what happens next and where the pizzas were and after I rang the assistance bell twice, I had to go find her to get the pizzas. It's a good thing that we had a party the previous year or else I would have had no idea what was going on or what was supposed to happen next. The previous year we had announcements for our daughter's birthday as well as a special trip to the dodge-ball section and we didn't receive either of those this year. At 12:50, ten minutes before our party was over (at 1pm), two girls stood outside of our room with cleaing supplies, looking at us and waiting for us to get out of the room. I was taken aback by this considering that our pizzas were a few minutes late. I felt that it was quite rude for them to stand outside of the room and that we were rushed out. My husband and I were extremely disappointed in the laxness, disorganization and rudeness in the staff and in the facility in general. Again, it really put a damper on my daughter's special day. You'd think that for a child's birthday party that the person greeting you and the birthday guest would at least be kind and enthusiastic, at least to the child but my daughter was not even acknowledged. I'm not sure if this has to do with the transition to "Skyzone" or what but it really sheds a bad light on the company name. I suggest that Skyzone at least ensure that they hire polite employees. Needless to say, we will not be returning next year to have a birthday party or anytime...

7/19/23: Started off GREAT. We all went and enjoyed ourselves at least 3 times a week on the membership. I got the water bottles and extra socks too.

NOTE There is NOT a specific area or time for the tiny humans, so random 1 - 3 year old kids are just there, around all the adults and teens and bigger kids jumping, and a few times I SAW one of them get slammed into by a 7-10 year old just playing- which usually resulted in some form of confrontation.

Then, one day, and for no apparent reason, one employee kept following us (me and my kids) around and [literally] walking across all the trampolines and then yelling at us for everything - Don't jump together, don't run, dont jump too high, don't get too close to one another, etc. This made the older kids uncomfortable and they stopped wanting to go, except for the youngest, who was having a great time running and jumping. We agreed to cancel our memberships, and we would find something else to do together, but I told my youngest I would keep his membership active so he could still go a few times a week.

I had to call the store to get some special numbers to input into the website to ask for permission to cancel the memberships. I made sure to be clear that it was NOT all 4 memberships, only 3 of them.

I received emails, days later, with specific names and reference numbers showing cancelled - All except the youngest kid.

Except his was cancelled as well. That was fun to explain in the parking lot. Hopefully I dont get billed again, but if I do, I will update this review with whatever happens.

3 stars because it used to be fun, and its great exercise. A star was lost when that employee started targeting us, and another over the mismanagement of the memberships.

This is a very mediocre trampoline park compared to some of the other ones, especially in size and things to do, but its the ONLY one within Clarksville.

Update: 7/20/23: I received notification I had a reply.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for letting us know about your visit Amber. Please reach out to a manager at the park so we can speak to you further about your visit.

I am not going to reach out, since the damage has already been done, but thank you for the generic reply. It is nice to know you see...
