So the girlfriend and I stopped in on 7/16/22 to check out the Purple beds that we had been researching. Randy greeted us immediately and proceeded to discuss our research with us through my girlfriend and I's banter back and forth. I'd consider Randy a Class A guy who genuinely cares about your well being in regards to sleep. We ended up walking out with a Tempurpedic bed which we were both impressed by, not only was the price similar but we just felt like it was a better buy. If you're curious about any matress questions, give Randy a holler.
Edit: We had an issue with our $3,500 tempurpedic. It just doesn't work for us and when we went in on 9/3/22 we felt like we got a cold shoulder. Our good ol' salesman Randy was with another customer and pretended like he didn't even know who we were. So then we were greeted by Thomas, who's apparently the store manager, and he asked us to come in after Tuesday because this is the busiest time for them because of the Labor day sales and he felt like he couldn't give us the attention we deserved. Well, I too am in sales and my customers are treated the same regardless of how busy I may be and regardless of how much my customers have spent. So it wasn't a good start to the possible exchange process. We ended up grabbing an additional 120 day sleep trial, which we won't use, and we'll be refunding our money and going elsewhere. I'll update again once the return process is done. I should also note, they said nothing about a restocking fee for exchanges or returns. Which happens to be 10% not too exceed $250 for exchanges and 20% not too exceed $500 on returns on top of the $99.99 delivery fee to pick up the item.
Last edit: Thomas refunded our money and didn't include the restocking fee. I'm sure it may be due to going through corporate office about the situation but either way. So we were out a few hundred dollars for delivery but that's fine. Lesson learned right? We went to dreamcloud and have had nothing but great customer service and stress free decisions. We ended up grabbing the dreamcloud that's the middle of the three options since the highest end was too soft for us. And it was also around half the price or less. They are fantastic until things go wrong, and when they go wrong they go wrong catastrophically. The mattress I bought began to fail, and I eventually was able to get a warranty replacement. That replacement requires their gold delivery service, which I had to absorb as well as a restocking fee, but whatever. I was going to get a good night's sleep and not have to deal with the bad mattress.
The day before the delivery, I get an automatic text with some significant errors in my address - every field was (null). I responded via the text process, and was told by a "Sleep Expert" they had my correct address, and saying that the system was reverting back to my first address, which I guess was blank as I did an in store pickup.
So fast forward to sunday, no call, no text, no delivery, and no one to ask what was happening. I call Monday, and eventually they get the address sorted. In the process they were commenting on the meager amount I ended up owing.
Fast forward to the day before the delivery, and I have yet to receive any confirmation. Given the issues with the bad mattress as well as the screw up previously, I got concerned so I called the store. The store confirmed that everything looked good, but then suddenly said I had a past due of over $380. I was understandably upset, came to the store, and I admit I was acting very rude when I was kicked out. I don't entirely disagree with his action, but I am exhausted and not just from terrible sleep on this mattress.
I'm now at a point where I'm on a piece of garbage mattress and I can't get anyone locally or at corporate to help until MAYBE two days after my delivery is scheduled. MAYBE. And even then god knows how long until it...

Tim did a great job working with us and did advise us he was pretty new and appreciated the patience we had during figuring out the financing. The experience with Tim was great. But we did have an issue with another associate who intervened in our purchase that almost had us walking out the door! An associate named Trent was inserting himself into our conversation with Tim and offered a separate deal than what Tim was offering and said he could include an additional deal for us on the sale which we agreed to all of the above deals that were offered. We were initially going to spend $3100 with said deals and when we went to check out Trent was telling Tim not to give us deals that were offered and was arguing loudly with Tim and talking over Tim where Tim was being calm just trying to work out the issue. Trent’s actions had us very uncomfortable and we almost left the store but wanted to give Tim the chance to work this out and not let Trent ruin the sale. It felt like Trent was trying to get over on us as customers and he was doing it right in front of us and it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We ended up completing the purchase with Tim and the mattress we were getting ended up being on sale so we spent $2350 with the base as well.
