I dont usually write reviews, but after the experience that I just had I feel that it is 100% necessary... In all the times that I have ordered fast food I have never recieved customer service quite like this and that is coming from someone who frequents Chick-Fila. This encounter started after I ordered my food through GrubHub and realized that there was a mistake with my order upon delivery. I ordered crispy and they accidentally gave me the original recipe. So I called the store and asked if there was anything they could do to fix this accidental error. The gentlemen that I ended up speaking with (Rick) asked me if I could bring the food to the store for an exchange. I explained to him that I ordered through GrubHub because I was unable to leave the house at the moment (which is why I ordered through GrubHun to begin with). Just when I was expected to get a "sorry, there is nothing we can do" Rick, started to apologize and asked how far away from the store do I live. After I told him the distance he then offered to bring me a new batch of food personally. I was honestly very taken back and surprised by his offer. I told him that I would greatly appreciate that and sure enough, less than 10 minutes later he was at my door with my food. I can honestly say that this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole life. He really went above and beyond to fix such a minor mistake that could have happened to anyone. If there were an option for 10 stars I would gladly give them all to Rick, because not only did he show a level of service that was higher than my expectations but he also showed me a level of kindness that you don't see very often these days. My wife put in an online order for pickup, drove all the way over there from Jeff, and they were out of chicken tenders, which was pretty much our order. The girl in the drive thru was so blatantly rude about the whole situation, and told me I can either wait 30 min or cancel my order. So when I went in, everyone continued to ignore more, while handing food out to other people and giving other people options to switch out there order. When I fi ally spoke up after about 10 more min of waiting, I was met with more attitude, by a different employee, about how they can't help me. I asked for the manager, the manager who came out immediately rude, telling me I only had two options and that was it. Got rude with me, while I was trying to explain. That her employee was extremely rude with me in the drive thru, she got defensive, and kept her attitude up. I'm so glad that I got to experience all of this, because it has taught me that KFC is a joke, and it's a dumpster fire that is going down in flames. I will never eat at a kafc again, because honestly the food is garbage now, it's over priced, and their employees are the worst. Read moreWent through the drive thru, got pulled up. While waiting for thirty minutes, my kid needed to go to the restroom. We tried to wait but it got to much for him. We walk in, he’s in tears. I ask if he can go to the bathroom, I’m told no, no one can use the restroom, do to store policy. I was called a terrible parent amongst everything else they could think of. Tried to explain that he was 8 and had already been holding it long enough, and couldn’t hold it any longer. I was told no exceptions by multiple employees and the manger. My kid eventually wet himself in his costume as we were walking out. The first who eventually brought our food out was still extremely rude and when I told her that I would be calling the management and told them how pathetic and heartless they were she decided to turn around yelling at me telling me how terrible I am for yelling around kids.
