I expressed to waitress that food wasn't edible, that it was very soggy and no flavor, she got upset, and said everyone else likes their food. I was told they are not going to change their recipes because I don't like it. I didn't ask for that I did ask for some salt and pepper though. I have seen the reviews. I notice in the reviews that it was not the owner speaking it was an employee. I asked for owner's name and was told by one of his own employees that he is worst than they are (waitresses, cooks, and whoever was there at the time) and he wouldn't care what I felt, said, or thought about the service or food. I let them know they should not say those type of things about the owner, they need to be careful about who they're speaking to because they didn't know who I am. Especially when there's other customers there, it came off as they don't care about the customers or the quality of food that is being sent out. I have played many roles in this industry and wear many hats. I told one of the waitresses she needs to be mindful of what she says to customers because it affects her tip. I was very nice and graceful with her but she had attitude. She got very upset walked away and I heard her use curse words referring to me. And she used them while a child was present and I think it was her child or the lady that stated that owner wouldn't care what I felt, thought, or said. There were also other customers in the restaurant. I'm sure that the owner would not be happy knowing that some of his employees is causing him to lose a lot of money and a lot of customers. I guess they called themselves teaming up on me, (a buddy system) in the restaurant, that's bad for business. you don't do that with customers. If I said I don't like something regarding the food your response back to me should not be "well everybody else likes it" I'm not everybody else. As I stated previously the restaurant staff need to be mindful about who comes into the restaurant and sit down for a meal. Regardless of the prior weather disaster in that city the wait staff has no right to treat customers bad. I mean they were raising their voice being very sarcastic ugly mean rude. I didn't want to raise my voice I talk very softly and quietly because I didn't want their other customers to be involved with everything that was going on but they put on the show. My understanding is that the owner only speaks mandarin,at least that's what I was told and that I could come back in and speak to him but he might not understand me. he will be able to understand what's going on. Big organizations have translators that can be brought for...

We always eat here but for some reason this time when I ordered my Togo and I order the same thing every time but this time didn’t get egg rolls and instead of getting 2 fried rices that I ordered I only got one and one steamed rice. When I brought it up the lady swore my egg rolls were in there and that she bagged my order....5 minutes later she said the reason we didn’t get egg rolls was because we ordered something else even though I get the same thing every time. However, if she bagged my order and swore they were in there how is there a different reason 5 mins later. Also she swore up and down that my fried rice was in there even after I explained to her that I ordered two and not one of each multiple times. Food is adequate but just the closest one to us, but still we won’t be eating there anymore. Especially after Amanda told my girlfriend that “Nobody else there speaks English” but I am pretty positive I talked to a couple employees there behind the counter that spoke English. Haha such a dumb reason to lie to a customer instead of just...

Update 2022: Normally this place is awesome, but today wasn’t great. My lettuce was frozen, I asked for no sushimi, and got mostly sushimi. My sons crab appetizer wasn’t good, and was asked if I wanted low sodium soy sauce, but got regular. The sushi was good, but not what I asked for, so I just ate the rice. The staff was real nice, and I don’t send food back. Maybe just a bad day?

I've been here several times and its always great. The waitress was super helpful and nice. The sushi we ordered was amazing. Not at all fishy tasting, it was perfect and fresh. My husband and I ordered the love boat sushi meal for two. It had sushi and sashimi on it. Im not real fond of sashimi but it was very good. Crab rangoons were very tasty, however they upset my lactose intolerance, so avoid them if you can't tolerate cheese well. I usually dont have issues with crab rangoons unless I eat alot of them, I dont think by any means there was a thing wrong with them, since they were delicious and I ate 2. I enjoyed my meal and the prices were...

2 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. It’s changed since then. I went in today to pick up an $80 order. I was told it was $93 and I asked why it changed. The young lady at the register told me there’s a mandatory 15% tip on takeout orders. I asked if I could decline the tip, and she told me that I could but I would be denied service there in the future. I told her I was ok with that. Yes - a mandatory 15% tip on an order that you pick up from them. On the food - they left out 2 sushi rolls from the order (so I guess they got our %15 tip anyway). The chicken in the sweet and sour was overcooked and dry like it had been sitting out for some time. The curries were good. The egg drop soup was ok. The Mongolian beef was a small serving compared to other places we’ve been. We won’t be back - we can’t go back since I didn’t pay a 15% tip for a pickup order!

Our server was great. I ordered the bento box with shrimp and vegetables tempura, California roll, fried rice, salad and miso soup and edamame for appetizer. It was not good at all. The edamame had way to much table salt on them. The shrimp tempura was good but the doughy batter on the vegetables was way to thick and undercooked, the fried rice if you want to call it that was disgusting and oily, the California rolls were made sloppy and very small. They need to hire a sushi chef ASAP.

Best sushi and General Tso's ever. We love trying different sushi spots and this one climbed to my favorite today. We got the tempura shrimp roll and the Pacific roll and we each for the General Tso's bento box. The chicken in the General Tso's was so tender and juicy and had great flavor! The sushi rolls were amazing as well!! I take pictures of everything but I was hungry today lol I regret not thinking about it tho bc it would have been nice to share with you all!
