Nine Dragons — Restaurant in Clarksville

I visit this establishment often. Never had an issue. Food always fresh and good. I recently visited there and paid for my food with my card. As I waited for my food, a black gentleman, very kind, who wore dreds came in to order and used his card to pay as well. The owner asked him for his ID. The man politely gave it to him but asked why because he'd never been asked for it by them before. The owner said because they saw on TV people were stealing cards and using them. I spoke up and said, you didn't ask me for my card. The owner then said, oh it's only certain people we have to card..... Only certain people?!! I made it clear to him that you cannot pick and choose who you will card simply based upon how they look. I told him I will no longer visit his establishment and he will be reported to the BBB. When I first got there a coworker was leaving, (he was white). I asked him that next day how did he pay for his food and he said with his card. I asked if he was ID'd and he said no. Clearly there's some sort of profiling going on here and I refuse to give my money to such an...

I always order food from here whenever I’m craving Chinese food because it’s usually so good. But I had a terrible experience with today’s visit. I walked in to order food for my family & the boy behind the window was so RUDE. After I ordered 1 of their lunch specials, he told me my total which was fine. I told him that I’m gonna order more, I asked if I could replace the fried rice for lo mein for one of the other lunch specials & he yelled, “Which one?!” He didn’t even answer my question. He just told me my total even though I was going to add more things… After his attitude, I just got the vibe that he didn’t want to be there, he didn’t want me to be there, & he didn’t want me to order more food for my family. They weren’t even busy because the place was empty once I walked in. The lady that handed me my food was so nice, however. Let her take orders & deal with the customers!

Worst customer service from the little boy. I called over the phone and got the nastiest hello . I placed my order as I was he would interrupt and say “is that it” . I got there to get my order , only to find out there was vegetables in my rice which I asked for none . So I call to let them know end to see if I could get a new one the way I asked for , and he told me “you didn’t say that” … when in fact I 100% did because I get the same thing every time . So I just asked to speak with someone else because it was clear the little boy didn’t want to help. I get there and he says “what” which I reply I got the wrong order, no vegetables, and he goes “oh” with an eye roll and throws the new on the table .
