I helped plan a retirement party for my best friend and we had the most terrible experience. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated as if we were a burden and they did not want us there. I requested a manger multiple times and he never showed to our table. Despite calling twice to verify our reservation, they had nothing prepared for us. They tried to put us in the smoking areas to wait so we wouldn’t be in the way. The gentleman retiring has Sarcoidosis of his lungs and cannot be in that Smokey environment. This was gone over in detail when I called previously. We had a group of 30 that stood for over 35 min waiting for them to “find” us a seat. There was one waitress who did an amazing job Chloe L. But she receive zero help from anyone else I clueing the manager. I think 7 of the orders that came out were completely wrong and sent back to the kitchen. Every order who didn’t order wings was cold and all of the condiments on the had clearly been sitting too. My side of queso was congealed and I was able to turn it upside down with out it pouring out. We had brown guacamole, multiple cold items including a double cheese burger and a Philly steak. A quesadilla was ordered and there was not eh pigg cheese to hold it together or just fell apart. I was baffled by the food quality. They also had a few pint beers were got ordered that were not good or not the same for example we have a local brewery in town that makes a Vanilla Ale, what they said was Blackhorse vanilla ale was 100% not, as we do frequent Blackhorse and this was a knock off beer. Not even close to the same color or taste. Their Guinness, was also terrible and several of the guys didn’t finish there first ones and swapped to bottle beer. When a few of the men asked for the manager we waiting over 20 min for him to come to our table and then he was argumentative and confrontational only making excuses for how he was at max capacity for his establishment. Other than 2 other low top tables and the bar area which was not full there were no other patrons in this establishment. There were 2 girls behind the bar and two other waitresses that did help run some beer, the hostess sat at a table with two guys drinking and played on her phone for three hours. She never helped anyone. This is only a snippet of our evening, I along with my 30 closest friends will not be returning to this establishment. Along with all of our negative google reviews I hope that no one ever eats here ever again. I have never been treated so poorly by a hostess when we arrived or a manager who after 5 attempts of asking for him took two hours to come speak to us. Went there on 1/15/21, had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Initially the waitress had seemed over occupied by other tables and not tentative to our table. We placed beer orders for Sam Adams Winter lager and Rose by Black Abby which came to us swapped. Not a problem as we switched them around to make it right. We then ordered our meals, wings and a sampler platter. After the Wings came to our table our waitress said she forgot to put in the order for the platter and would take half off for forgetting. Again, not a problem; we can deal with that. Subsequently, I ordered another Winter lager which came back and was the "Rose" (could tell due to color being lighter). I told the waitress it was okay because my wife wanted another beer anyways and asked if I could just get a Winter Lager. She said she spoke with a manager who directed her to bring samples of both to us to prove she had them right, which again they were not. Attached is a photo of a Winter lager I purchased and poured for reference. The waitress had brought two samples to our table of which one was a lighter blonde color and one was darker amber color. She explained the darker beer was the "Rose" and she saw them pour it directly. Again I did not believe this was correct. Eventually, the platter order came out. We joked of everything that had been messed up to that point and that it couldn't possible get any worse; turned out the platter order was not for the sampler but for the wing platter. We told our waitress it was ok and we would just eat what we had. We left with an experience I have never had before. I'm sure this was an isolated incident and am currently working with management to ID the waitress who served us. Management seems very nice and apologetic about the situation. Went here for the first time on a Saturday night with 8 people total. The restaurant just opened, so I expected the wait time for a table to be awhile. It took about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. We were seated by a hostess, but we did not get to order anything for about 15 minutes. Finally, our waitress came and she got orders for drinks. After ordering the drinks, it took about 20 minutes to actually get the drinks. However, the waitress handed the wrong drink to one of the people at the table, which was actually mine. The other person already drank my drink, and the waitress went to get another one, but took my friend's drink also. I think we should be able to keep that drink since she made a mistake. After that mess was over with, we had to wait another 20 minutes to actually order our food. After ordering our food, it actually came out rather quickly, which was great since we were all starving. So we actually had to wait for about an 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our food from the time we reserved a table. Luckily, the food was very good. However, we were sitting out in the patio area, which was connected to the actual restaurant. The heater from above was roasting us like chickens and we told the waitress to turn the heat down. Solution? She opened the door on the side when it was freezing outside and we got blasted with really cold air. Our table decided to close the door and roast instead. The temperature eventually got fixed. Overall, this was a pretty bad experience. I have heard from someone else who went on another night that they experienced similar poor service with the food orders being wrong. This place is not very big either as they have an area outside the actual restaurant with covering over it to fit...
